Manager Bala freely upgraded to deluxe since the original allocated room wasn't ready to occupy as it missed some cleanings!
The breakfast options are good, location is very good and hospitality is good.

Very nice - staff friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean. Good night's sleep.

Cons:

Seemed to be somewhere on edge of town (near Lake Powell), where almost all hotels/motels appear to be located, all grouped together. We had to use GPS because location and way to hotels were not clearly indicated when driving into town (this not the responsibility of the hotel, nor a criticism of the hotel - rather, the city of Page could do a better job with signs so visitors can more easily find the hotel area). There are restaurants scattered here and there in this hotel area, but the closest restaurant to the hotel (and recommended by the staff as "having many different kinds of food") turned out to be all Asian Fusion - not our favorite - and while it had great views, it was very expensive. We could have driven around to try to find a different restaurant, but we were too tired from driving, so decided to just stay there. Again, this was not a problem with hotel itself, but think this may be useful information to pass on - and I do wish staff had been clearer or better informed when recommending the restaurant.
