Pros:

Like every place I've stayed in Vietnam the staff here were delightful - friendly and helpful. The room was a very good size and I was even offered a free upgrade. The air con was strong, the bathroom was clean and good sized with hot water. The bed was very comfortable. Parking on the street during the day for my motorbike and then it was moved into the locked lobby overnight which I really appreciated. Perfect location a short walk into old town. Would happily return if I needed to stay in the area again.

Great value for money in Hoi An.
Pros:

Nice and cheap hotel (cheap by Hoi An standards), located near to the old part of the city - which is where we wanted to be. The staff are super friendly. The rooms are clean and well laid out. The bed was the most comfy we have slept on in Southeast Asia. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony for no extra charge, simply because one was available. They just asked if we would like it since it was free. How nice! Free breakfast included - all you can eat from their menu of usual fare. Nice touch, since a breakfast really set us up for the day. I really liked the reception / lobby area. Apart from breakfast, this wasn't used as a generic restaurant all day like some other cheap hotels. It felt calm and spacious, in spite of being on the main road. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

Pros:

Thanks for giving the free upgrade to the room with a balcony!!
Decently spacious.
Location is very good and near to old town, but the only con would be the club nearby being loud and rowdy at night.
Shower head could replace to give a stronger flow of water.
Breakfast is really of good value with fruits and drinks to choose from.

!0 miinute walk to old town.
Pros:

Stayed for 4 days and overall experience good. Staff friendly and it was easy to get around by foot. Bike rentals and tour companies within block as well as a hostel with food and drink.
