Muy mal, Hotel se quedó SIN LUZ, no avisaron e igual cobraron como si todo estuviera bien

Cuando llegué al hotel NO HABIA LUZ, tal como lo lee, NO HABIA LUZ, aparentemente se les rompió un transformador y la cuadra se quedó sin electricidad, pero lo peor esque llegamos con la necesidad e bañarse y cargar los teléfonos y equipos electrónicos, pues nada de eso se pudo porque el hotel estaba sin energía, los pasillos se quedaron sin luz y estaban oscuros, nada se veía, el elevador dejó de servir, tenias que subir por las escaleras, y en la recepción solo repetían lo sentimos.
Hicimos el check in a las 3:15, la luz volvió dos horas después, modificamos nuestro itinerario, unas actividades las hicimos de rápido por esas dos horas en las que no nos acomodamos por la falta de luz en el hotel.
Nunca nos ofrecieron una solución, solo un lo siento y que no sabían cuando volvería la energía, tampoco ofrecieron una compensación por la falla.
Nos hubieran avisado que no tenían luz antes de hacer el Check In para buscar otro hotel, pero igual cobraron todo cómo si nada pasara.

Quedé encantanda. Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado, el personal es muy amable y el buffet de desayuno tiene excelente calidad y por un precio muy bueno. Además, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y están bien aisladas del ruido.
