Vicino al centro di Hanoi la struttura si presenta accogliente. Le camera sono piccole, ma il letto è grande. La camera è dotata sia di aria condizionata che di ventilatore. Il personale è gentile ed accogliente.

Cons:

Se si vuole pagare con la carta di credito applicano il 4% di ricarico sulla transazione.

Ottima struttura nel quartiere vecchio di Hanoi, consigliabile!
Pros:

Molto gentili e accoglienti, nella saletta ci sono sempre the e caffè caldi , con degli stuzzichini sempre a disposizione, é la prima volta che mi capita, la stanza aveva il soffitto basso perché era la economy room, ma era specificato al momento della prenotazione, e ci hanno subito chiesto se volevamo un upgrade. A differenza di molti alberghi in Vietnam ci hanno dato due asciugamani a testa. La colazione è buona, con burro e marmellata, toast, pancake e la colazione salata vietnamita, con la possibilità di ordinare uova fritte o strapazzate, omelette o crepes, fatte sul momento e comprese nella colazione, e poi fanno sempre le pulizie, cosa difficile da vedere, per me tutto ottimo

La stanza senza finestre, ma nell’old quarter di Hanoi gli alberghi sono più o meno tutti così , la carta igienica non va gettata nel wc , anche questo è comune in molti alberghi in Vietnam, e naturalmente il pagamento con carta é scoraggiato e soggetto ad un 4% di commissioni , l’importante è saperlo, e ci hanno avvisato subito, molto corretti

Excelente opção no Old Quarter de Hanoi
Pros:

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, bem perto de tudo. Os quartos são pequenos mas confortáveis, e as camas excelentes. A equipe do hotel é muito prestativa e o café da manhã é muito bom. Recomendo para todos!

Todo. La ubicación es perfecta, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias y el desayuno está muy bien (te hacen crepés fuera del buffet). Lo mejor del hotel fue el personal. Linda, Duc, Long y Trung son unos chicos excepcionales. Siempre sonriendo, dando soluciones para todo lo que necesitábamos y tratándonos de forma inmejorable. Gracias por todo una vez más :)

Amazing services, convenient location
Pros:

Only 10 min walk to the market super convenient location, breakfast offer a decent variety and tasty, room size is great comfortable bed, water pressure for the shower was good, what we love the most is the top notch services, very detail-oriented, and taking care of everything for us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, highly recommended !

Cons:

Tv in one of our rooms wasn't working, but we were out majority of the time, so never got the chance to mention it to the staff there
