Belle grande chambre à deux lits doubles. Très bien situé. Il faut choisir la chambre familiale pour cet hôtel. Le personnel est bien sympathique.

We loved staying here! Great location and value.
The staff were super kind and carried my luggage for me whenever possible. They also upgraded my room!!!!
The junior suite room we got was incredible. So spacious and quiet and with a wonderful view. I'm not the type to eat hotel breakfast, but I decided to try their's just because we walked by it on our way out to activities and it was also delicious! Lastly they held our luggage for us after we checked out.

Pros:

La mia famiglia ed io siamo stati al Golden per 2 notti: e' stato un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole: le stanze pulite e attrezzate, lo staff cortese e gentile. Il punto forte, il grande terrazzo con le piante all'ultimo piano. Ottima la colazione con uova e pancake non feitti che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Dovessino tornare ad Hanoi, torneremo in questo albergo :)

très bon emplacement, personnel professionnel
Pros:

Nous avons passé seulement 1 nuit dans l'hôtel. Le personnel était professionnel. Nous avons eu besoin de contacter notre VietJet Airlines, car il y a eu les modifications sur notre vol, ils ont aidé et contacté en direct pour nous.

La chambre était confortable, propre. Nous devons partir avant l'heure de petit-déjeuner le matin (départ de vol avancé) et l'hôtel nous a préparé le petit-déjeuner à emporter sans demande spécifique.

L'hôtel est à côté de la cathédrale Sait Josep et les petites rues marchandes, mais la nuit restait calme.

Cons:

Pas de points à remonter.
