The staff were all very hospitable and attentive to our needs. All of them speak fluent English so communicating with them was a breeze. Bedsheets and towels were replaced daily without us having to request for them. Room was also quite spacious for us two. Breakfast has decent selection. The facilities and service of this hotel is top-notch. Highly recommended!

Everything was amazing. Best sleep I’ve had in a week being in Vietnam.
The bed was soft and had 4 pillows and nice thick blankets. Really easy fast checkin and checkout. nice room, clean, and everything was in good working order and felt modern. Eggs cooked to order for breakfast with fresh fruits and toast. Such good value for money!

This hotel is a clean, well located base to explore Hanoi from. The staff are all kind and helpful. Only downside was a limited breakfast offering, but as the hotel is so central there are plenty options nearby.
