Pros:

The hotel was close to the main stations and a lot of food places and convenience stores. Unfortunately, staff wasn’t too knowledgeable on transportation and their own hotel services which we found odd. The hotel lobby also has a lingering sewer smell. The room itself was spacious, beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious and easy to use as well so no complaints about the room itself.

観光の為に2名で2泊利用しました。
清潔さや設備は満足できるレベルで
ドライヤー、ガウンは利用でき、水があったのも助かりました。
大通りに面していてわかりやすく、周辺にコンビニも３つほどあり利便性も高いです。
全体的に満足です。

Big Room but not ideally central
Pros:

The Bedroom was huge. Very art deco with nice view from the bedroom. Location was not ideal as there is nothing to eat around the hotel (especially when you arrived late at night). There is a few convenience store but not really proper meal. We had a long walk around to try and find food but unfortunately was not lucky as everywhere was closed except for the convenience store.

Cons:

We didn't really like the location as it's not central enough and also nothing to eat around the hotel late at night as everything is closed. We also had an incident where the Cleaning staff threw away our cake and snacks that we brought with us. We packed them away in a plastic bag and put them together with a few other things on the counter and to our surprise, when we came back to our room, they were gone. They also opened my medicine that I had together with the plastic bag (for god knows what reasons!). We called for the Manager on shift and he called the cleaning team and they acknowledged they threw away our food. It was not great as they are not allowed to touch the client's things, let alone throw them away unless the client put it in the bin.
Staffs not very friendly/welcoming compared to other hotels we've been in Korea.

浴室直接與房間連同沒有隔間確實有點不方便，房間的門是壞的，雖然可以打開但到一半就卡住了，卡住會發出很巨大的聲音。

Pros:

Room was really nice and I liked having the desk to work from. The rain shower was nice until it fell on my head and hit my ankle. They fixed it quickly. Easy to walk to train station from.

洗手間不是乾濕分離, 比較差，可取是酒店地點很方便,近地鐵又很近整個東大門商圈及食店。

タオル、シーツに髪の毛がたくさん落ちていた。床には前泊者のお菓子の食べかすがたくさん落ちていて、とにかく汚かった。ちゃんと掃除をしているのか疑問に思うほどだった。
