D Apartment 2

The location is very good and close to everything. Rooftop pool is small but clean, the only thing that really needs changing are the TV’s that are very old and outdated. Staff were very good, would definitely stay again when next in Pattaya!

This trip was really bad - first I was on 6th Floor and second day water was pouring out of the Aircon unit so they moved me to the 3rd floor.
What they did not tell me or anyone else major re-development of the foyer was to be done so all day bang bang, drill drill so bad when you are on holiday.
I did complain and they moved me to the D Hotel for the rest of my stay.
Shame I like this place

but it is well over due a refurbishment, things are looking old and tired

Was fine based on the price.
HWS did not work and the maintenance guy didn't fix
TV was fixed but I had to teĺl him what to do.
Good location and overall OK.

lift (a must for me)
next door is the cheaper hotel with no lift
and then the D Hotel at the back
The D aparts only have small reception
no restaurant or breakfast but many choices out on the street.
Not sure about parking?
It is in a great position for getting to see Pattaya in both day and night
Just a point if using Bolt/Grab make sure you get them to come to D Apartment 2 otherwise will go to the Hotel
also it is quiet no noise from the nightlife

I got a room on 2nd floor away from the small soi but I still heard all the traffic and people talking and yelling at each other. I had to use ear plugs to sleep. The wifi was terrible! Every time I went out of the room I had to sign back in to wifi. I could not send photos or emails from my phone using the wifi. I thought I had problems with my phone until I went across the street to coffee shop...on their wifi I could send photos and emails and each time I went back to the coffee shop the wifi came on automatically. They have a nice clean swimming pool on the roof but I felt I over paid for what I got. I moved to another hotel with a pool and paid $10 US less per night got a bigger room and was in the same general area.

Apartment was very clean, the maids don’t just give it a quick clean, it is top to bottom, excellent. Right in the heart of the action but still remarkably quiet. Totally suggest staying here and I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you very much D apartments 😁

朝まで隣のDホテルに滞在しており、11時にチェックアウトしたあと、アーリーチェックインをしようとしたところ、フルブッキングで部屋が準備できてないが、Dホテルなら部屋はあるとのことでしたので、結果Dホテルに振替宿泊しました。一応、アパートメント2の部屋も確認しましたが、調度品、部屋の広さともに変わりません。アパートメント2は部屋の区画にバルコニーが組み込まれているタイプなので、ややバルコニーはDホテルより狭いかも知れません。屋上プールはSホテルの方が広いです。部屋のグレードは向きによって変わっており、安い部屋は全てDホテルと至近、見合いの部屋ですので、眺望やプライバシーを気にする方はグレードを上げた方が良いです。海からは遠いですが、コンビニ、バービア街に囲まれており、広くて清潔な部屋はひとり旅には適しています。

Good hotel situated just off Soi Buakhao, spacious rooms, nice bathroom, great service. Very affordable. Small pool but that is ok by me. Nice top floor area with sunbeds. Hard to find a better hotel with better value. Not only rooms but all areas clean and tidy.

Gut aber budget hotel. Schoener pool. Air con läuft manchmal nicht so.

It’s a good hotel, Clean and quiet and close to the night life. The pool is good and not very busy and on the rooftop with a good view

I was checked in a room after 2 hours they came to my room to tell me that they made a mistake. They gave me the wrong room. I was basically bulldozed out of the room to a downgraded room. Good customer service, they could have left me in the since they made the mistake instead of putting pressure on me to move to another room. It wasn't even because some one booked that room. The hotel was not full throughout my stay.

立地は良いです。カラオケの音が朝まで多少聞こえる日が有りましたが気にならない程度。清掃は行き届いていたのですが、シャワールームの仕切りカーテン、下の方がかなりカビていて、日本人なら気になってしまうレベル。
角部屋で扉のすぐ横にベッドでしたが宿泊客が西洋系か日本人なので静かでした。窓の位置が、奥まっておりベッドから全く見えないので、窮屈に感じました。これは割当たった部屋の問題なので、運頼みです。D系列らしくスタッフはフレンドリーです。

朝早く到着したんですが、すぐにチェックインさせていただき助かりました。チェックインはスムーズでデポジットもいりません、部屋も最低のものは揃ってます、部屋の掃除も早くてとても快適でした。また泊まります。

I've stayed at D Apartment many times and it's always been great. Everyone is friendly and the place is kept very clean. Swimming pool on the roof is a great place to chill out.

no water in early morning, so i can’t get shower. other equipments is too. I had to bathe by water in the refrigerator

Exellent hotel best I stayed In so far and I stayed in 7 in 3 weeks very clean and freindly staff would recommend this hotel
