An excellent place for complete relaxation.
Pros:

The resort is located right on the seafront. The buildings are tastefully and grandly constructed and meticulously maintained. Perfectly clean. Excellent service. The resort has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The restaurant serves delicious dishes, elegantly presented. The breakfasts are rich and tasty. We stayed in bungalows located across the street, in a very carefully arranged garden, among tropical trees and flowers (in silence, perfect for relaxation). The rooms are well-equipped, new and clean. I recommend it 10/10!

like a villa for family gathering, but will not book a gain as limit of 8 per very large villa.
Pros:

Breakfas was simple and not good. not many options to choose compare with the size of the resort and the price to pay

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Vom Hotel und Pool direkt an den Strand der sehr sauber ist und ins Meer.

Cons:

Das Frühstück sollte etwas mehr international ausgerichtet sein. Frisch gepresste Säfte zum Frühstück sollten für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie Standart sein. Schinken und Käse hat im Buffet gefehlt.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind hell und groß. Vom Balkon, so man einen hat, ist der Blick auf das Meer wunderschön. Die Leute sind freundlich. Die Pools sind einmalig.

Cons:

Am Wochenende muss man große, laute Feiern erwarten, die bis 22 Uhr dauern. Das Frühstück ist sehr mäßig. Der Frühstücksraum ist dunkel und ähnelt einer Kantine. Das Personal wirkt lustlos. Das Restaurant hat nur Tablets für die Bestellung. Wer Fragen hat, ist selber schuld. Wir hatten mal eine Pizza, die, nach dem, nicht vorhandenen, Geschmack, zu beurteilen, aus dem Supermarkt kam.

It was a very nice hotel. Great breakfast and great food all round. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is my 9th hotel I have stayed in on my 4 trips to Vietnam. It was by far the best. They had a good gym, great pool and it was right on the beach. Perfect for a romantic time with your partner. It was also kid friendly with kids rooms and activities to do. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend time in Long Hai.

Cons:

The only thing I found strange. The kitchen was only for decorative purposes, it had microwave and stove with range hood. But you allowed to use it.

The property was poorly maintained and not as advertised. The food quality was very poor, and the service was extremely disappointing.

In addition, I believe I was misled during the booking process: despite booking for the correct number of guests, the hotel required me to pay extra for two additional children at check-in. Extra charge: 1,000,000 VND for two children. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking and felt like an unfair charge. I would not recommend this property.

Bữa sáng hơi lộn xộn, đồ ăn , dĩa không chuẩn bị đủ cho khách. Nhà hàng ăn uống khá nhỏ so với lượng khách lưu trú tại khách sạn

Cons:

Khi đặt booking, căn Tôi chọn trên booking để dành cho 2 người lớn + 2 bé dưới 12 tuổi . Vậy mà khi nhận phòng, Tôi phải trả phí phụ thu 1 bé 10 tuổi 800.000đ + 1 bé 6 tuổi 250.000đ. Trong khi 2 bé ngủ cùng phòng với BA MẸ và ko có nhu cầu kê giường phụ.

Ít gối nằm, khu vực sân quanh hồ bơi và hồ bơi mau dơ cần làm vệ sinh thường xuyên hơn, buffet sáng ít món, bãi biển nhiều rác và trở nên dốc hơn so với 2 năm về trước, nhà hàng mermaid phục vụ bữa tối với giá quá cao

Great location, attentive staff, not too many guests, which meant we had a very quiet experience.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet could change a bit instead of staying the same. It got rather boring after two weeks.

Please also get a full translation of your restaurant menu. Having 50% of the info in English and the rest in Vietnamese was a bit strange.
