Pros:

Great value for money, staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Was allowed to take a shower after checkout, was given complementary juice and snacks. 10/10.

Pros:

The room I stayed in was lovely and comfortable, particularly after a long day of walking. The views from my balcony were incredible and all the ladies working on reception was so warm and welcoming. This is a great place to stay as a solo female.

Pros:

Great staff, very helpful and chatty, provided some nice tips for trips. Making home made spring rolls, a very good cook. Nice view from the room. I would come back

Cons:

Walk to town is a little steep but if you are in regular shape it's no problem (we had a kid and it was fine)

Fantastyczny i pomocny personel, dobre położenie hotelu, dobra śniadanie i miły podarunek przy wymeldowaniu - owoce i woda, co nam sie przydało w dalszej podrozy 🙂 widok z pokoju wspanialy!

Cons:

Wilgoć w pokojach, ale może trafiłam na taką porę bardziej deszczowa. Pokoj dało sie nagrzać za.pomoca klimatyzacji, jednak w lazience bylo troszke ze zimno dla mnie 🙈

Pros:

Our stay was perfect! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and well taken care of, most especially Ms. Mao, Ms. Noi, and Ms. Me, who went above and beyond for us. They even gave us snacks and souvenir bracelets when we checked out. The room was also clean and comfortable to rest in. I highly recommend this hotel!

SaPa stay
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, reception organised tickets and transfers for us they were always smiling and attentive.
Room was very nice with big comfortable bed and we slept very good.
Breakfast had lots of choices from traditional Vietnamese to continental, with good variety of fruit.
You can take two routes to town centre both are about 5-10 walk and you have lovely view of the mountains.
Definitely recommend this hotel, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly and tried their very best to provide you excellent service. They were also very attentive to what you needed. Location is great as it is in a quiet area but it is also close enough to the centre of the city. Breakfast is also a highlight of our stay as they provide a variety of food choices which all tasted delicious, making it very worthy to include in our booking package.

Cons:

Bathroom and toilet set up in the family room is a little difficult as the shower head is very close to the toilet bowl, which made it hard to not get everything wet. But overall, not a huge problem and can be worked out.
