Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Staffs, just nice room, good breakfast

Cons:

No Exhaust in bathroom and so ventilator was open window that made the bathroom very chill. Bath tub was leaking.

A wonderful stay with a wonderful view!

Sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal. Frühstück ausgewogen und abwechslungsreich (bin keine grosse Frühstückerin, daher schnell zufrieden. Zimmer gross und sauber. Lage eher ausserhalb des Trubels, steiler Marsch ind Dorf erforderlich. Massage war unkompliziert buchbar, auch ein Driver für einen Tagesausflug.

Viel Potenzial, aber leider starker Renovierungsstau

Cons:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt als eher mittelmäßig empfunden. Das größte Problem war der sehr muffige, feuchte Geruch im Zimmer, der auch durch Lüften nicht verschwand. Die Einrichtung ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen und das Design definitiv Geschmackssache – für uns wirkte es leider eher altmodisch als charmant. Unser Aufenthalt war enttäuschend. Das Zimmer roch extrem muffig und feucht, was sich beim Blick in das Badezimmer erklärte: Die Ecken waren bereits mit Schimmel befallen. Zudem war die Dusche undicht, sodass nach jeder Benutzung das Badezimmer unter Wasser stand.
Das Personal wirkte teilweise unorganisiert. Man merkt, dass viele Hilfskräfte im Einsatz sind, denen es an fachlicher Ausbildung im Service mangelt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass alle sehr bemüht und freundlich waren. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aufgrund des Zustands der Zimmer aktuell nicht ganz.

Perfect!
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable, the room was clean and the view from the balcony was great. Really convenient bike rental as well! I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Great and very enjoyable!
Pros:

We stayed on the 4th floor and had great views of the mountains. Once the fog cleared it was beautiful. The breakfast is good and the staff is incredibly helpful and sweet. They are always smiling and ready to help. They arranged Tours and transportation for us; We didn’t have to do anything.

You do need to walk up/down the hill to go to town, but it is no big deal. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The bathroom shower head leaks on the bathroom floor so you need to have extra towels to put on the floor.
