Wonderful
Pros:

Our room are so Spacious, comfy bed & pillows. Near to Moana Cafe by 10min walking. We left our luggage early in the morning before check in and even after check out. They take care of it. Breakfast is so so.
The body massage & herbal bath is a must after hectic outdoor activity.

We recommend this place!!! No doubts!
Pros:

Very nice people always smiling and trying to help! We did a nice trekking wt a wonderful guide and the hotel prepared everything . Good breakfast .

Cons:

The location we had a wonderful montain/ valley view but to go to the center we had to walk in very hard uphill street (better use grab)

Pros:

Sapa Praha hotel Staff were excellent. Very warm, welcoming and helpful. Speak good English too

Maybe the wall sockets were not enough. But they prepared extension plugs

Definitely it's a great choice to stay in Sapa Praha Hotel, view, staff, room service were amazing!
Pros:

Satisfied with buffet breakfast, the staff even gave us free banana, water and juice before we left since we could not have breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing, 100% satisfied.

Pros:

The location is very good. It’s far enough from the crowds, but also close enough to walk. The staff is very nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was very mid and the rooms smelled damp. Breathing that while trying to sleep was a bit hard.

Amazing hotel with 10/10 service
Pros:

Honestly, what was there not to like about this hotel? From the moment you step in, you get welcomed kindly by people here, help you out with accomodation and just overall atmosphere is nothing short of amazing! The room itself was clean and tidy and the view to the mountains is just wonderful. Honestly, if around Sapa area, this is definitely a place I would tell people to stay at.

Very nice hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a buffett with plentiful choices. The view from my room was great. The hotel is on the edge of town so there were no buildings between it and the mountain/valley views.

Cons:

Although the room was generally clean, it had some ants and I saw a couple small cocoroaches, not a big deal to me as this is part of travelling in the tropics, but worth mentioning. Also, it is on a street at the edge of town, which is great for the views, but it was a dark and empty walk back from the main streets. Also not a big deal for me as a solo male traveler, but it should be noted.

Pros:

Great value for money. Nice valley views. Accommodating and helpful staff. Good breakfast and nice food choices in the hotel restaurant. Pho was really good. Bit of a walk up the hill if you go on foot to city centre.
