Location and view were perfect!

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit leaky. Water on the floor and the shower water went everywhere. The bath was a little unstable and the faucets were wobbly.

We had an exceptional stay and wonderful service and staff!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and are incredibly satisfied with our experience. From the very beginning, their staffs impressed us with their excellent communication regarding our arrival time, making sure everything was perfectly prepared for us when we got there.

The breakfast options were great every morning, and their tea is super nice, perfect for the Sapa weather!

Everyone we encountered was accommodating and eager to assist, but a special mention to Mao (the younger Mao). Because we spent our days strolling around Sapa, we usually returned to the hotel in the afternoon or evening when she was on shift. She was remarkably helpful with all of our needs. Mao has excellent judgment in every situation and constantly goes above and beyond, making sure to explore every possible option to help us out.

The wonderful staff and great food made our time in Sapa truly memorable. We highly recommend Sapa Praha Hotel for its hospitality and service!

The staff made our stay so very present, they are all a credit to the hotel

I think the pictures on-line were very misleading. They gave an impression of a bigger hotel with somewhat spacious room
Pros:

The only plus about the hotel was its staffs. They were very nice, helpful and sincere.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was small and bathroom old and small, so we actually had to end our 4 night stay after 2 nights and went to another hotel

Wonderful
Pros:

Our room are so Spacious, comfy bed & pillows. Near to Moana Cafe by 10min walking. We left our luggage early in the morning before check in and even after check out. They take care of it. Breakfast is so so.
The body massage & herbal bath is a must after hectic outdoor activity.

Pros:

Very nice people always smiling and trying to help! We did a nice trekking wt a wonderful guide and the hotel prepared everything . Good breakfast .

Cons:

The location we had a wonderful montain/ valley view but to go to the center we had to walk in very hard uphill street (better use grab)

Definitely it's a great choice to stay in Sapa Praha Hotel, view, staff, room service were amazing!
Pros:

Satisfied with buffet breakfast, the staff even gave us free banana, water and juice before we left since we could not have breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing, 100% satisfied.

Pros:

The location is very good. It’s far enough from the crowds, but also close enough to walk. The staff is very nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was very mid and the rooms smelled damp. Breathing that while trying to sleep was a bit hard.

Amazing hotel with 10/10 service
Pros:

Honestly, what was there not to like about this hotel? From the moment you step in, you get welcomed kindly by people here, help you out with accomodation and just overall atmosphere is nothing short of amazing! The room itself was clean and tidy and the view to the mountains is just wonderful. Honestly, if around Sapa area, this is definitely a place I would tell people to stay at.
