Amazing friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff were very polite, friendly and couldn't do enough for you, especially the lady at reception. Bringing tea and juice when they see you in the lobby, always asking how things were. The hotel is lovely and bright. The restaurant and breakfast were good.

It was very lovely, safe and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The location is close to everything. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and better than what we had at vietrekking. They allow us to keep our luggage since we stayed more time than check out and they’ve given us free water and banana when we left.

Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Always happy to help and even have us some water and bananas for our sleeper bus. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Shower had good pressure and was warm. Location is a short uphill walk to the Main Street but easy to get around and grabs are available.

Cons:

The water from the shower did go everywhere in the bathroom despite the tub. Perhaps a curtain or a brush to contain the water a bit. But otherwise everything was great!

Very helpful and well mannered staff Ms Mao and Nau. They are exceptionally good in taking care of your needs before we even tell them. They are a great asset to hotel management. Good view from balcony, quiet place

Cons:

We book 2 rooms one ok, but another room not ok, heater not run well, alao hot water setting as well. Beside that room safety lock also broken.
Food, 1st day ok because we do brealfast early, 2nd day, due too many people brealfast together, so food empty and order food alao take so long.

The room was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable too. Plenty of room to move on the room.

Cons:

It was situated a bit to far from things. Even though you could walk, everthing was on a vertical incline to get anywhere. Roads aren't wild enough to get off the road so the drivers will literally knock you off the road. (I wasn't hurt, but the driver didn't stop either). Food was another thing. Was not interested in horse or sturgeon.

Wonderful Stay at Sapa Praha Hotel
We had a wonderful 4D3N stay at Sapa Praha Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were very kind and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome.

One of the nice touches was that they often offered us free tea and fresh fruits, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Pros:

The room I stayed in was lovely and comfortable, particularly after a long day of walking. The views from my balcony were incredible and all the ladies working on reception was so warm and welcoming. This is a great place to stay as a solo female.

Great staff, very helpful and chatty, provided some nice tips for trips. Making home made spring rolls, a very good cook. Nice view from the room. I would come back

Walk to town is a little steep but if you are in regular shape it's no problem (we had a kid and it was fine)
