Perfect!
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable, the room was clean and the view from the balcony was great. Really convenient bike rental as well! I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Great and very enjoyable!
Pros:

We stayed on the 4th floor and had great views of the mountains. Once the fog cleared it was beautiful. The breakfast is good and the staff is incredibly helpful and sweet. They are always smiling and ready to help. They arranged Tours and transportation for us; We didn’t have to do anything.

You do need to walk up/down the hill to go to town, but it is no big deal. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The bathroom shower head leaks on the bathroom floor so you need to have extra towels to put on the floor.

Pros:

The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too trouble...they were very accommodating. We slept well, woke early, embraced each day. Unfortunately the clouds didn't want us to see too much of the mountains...but Mother Nature can do that ... the hotel was faultless..
Would definitely recommend this if you're travelling to SAPA.

Amazing friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff were very polite, friendly and couldn't do enough for you, especially the lady at reception. Bringing tea and juice when they see you in the lobby, always asking how things were. The hotel is lovely and bright. The restaurant and breakfast were good.
