Room cleanliness...baseboards not fully cleaned...someone else's long dark hair in the shower...a shabby chair in the room...very worn at the lower portion...slsonin room 129, I kept on hearing loud noises from something well into the night...

Very spacious for 2 people.

Great location in the center of Kamloops.

Pros:

The room was very clean and staff were friendly.

Cons:

The TV did not have any streaming services and would not allow us to connect our phones. Options on cable are very limited and you cannot see what is playing. No bath tub in the room either

good for a quick 1 or 2 night stop while in Kamloops

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower is too low, could provide bottled water in the room, as there is no water available in the lobby

It was great and restful for a one night's stay.
Pros:

We founf the room to be comfortable. We found it to be very clean. It was close to restaurants. The breakfast was good. The underground parking was free and a very nice extra. Using the room key card for elevator access and use was confusing at first, but did add an extra layer of security. Would stay again.
