Breakfast available and adequate
Cons:
Inconsistent / poor service from some staff (night admin, unhelpful management)
Noisy rooms due to air-conditioning/technical noise and noisy elevator

Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Multiple reviews mention clean rooms and responsive housekeeping; occasional corridor/tobacco smell noted but rooms described as clean.
Service
6.6
Mixed reports: several notes of friendly/attentive staff, but serious complaints about night-shift admin, cold or unhelpful staff and refusal to address complaints or refunds.
Location
8.9
Frequently praised as close to the old town (about 13–15 minutes on foot) and with free on-street parking nearby in some spots; parking availability can vary.
Room Quality
7
Rooms are described as comfortable and adequately equipped (kettle, fridge), but multiple guests report noisy air conditioning, technical noise and some worn items (pillows, towels).
Amenities
7.9
On-site basics available (free parking in front for some, kettle, fridge, free buffet breakfast); presence of a casino and noisy elevators affect family/comfort perceptions.
Value for Money
8.9
Several guests explicitly call it good value or reasonable price for what is offered compared to hostels in the center.
Food and Beverage
7.1
Breakfast described as adequate but basic by multiple reviewers (sufficient but not elaborate).
Overall Experience
8.2
Generally positive stay for value and location, tempered by service and noise issues that affected some guests' nights.
