Pros:

Checking out. The breakfast was ok. The staff did not talk to you.

Cons:

The shower was dirty. There was an empty tissue roll on the holder. Could not get the tv to work.

Definitely will stay again, but the tv service needs more attention…

Really nothing bad everything was great!..

Cons:

The streaming services on the tv were very unpleasant. Kept cutting out then re-acquiring the signal good for a few seconds then cutting out again. Made for a very undesirable viewing experience.

Not great customer service was received.
Pros:

It was clean and not crowded.

Cons:

There was a fire alarm drill that woke us up in the morning , given that we are paying to sleep , they should advise guest about the inconvenience. Imagine being woken up by a fire alarm with children being afraid running out of our room only to have to ask a rude employee if we were safe. I wouldn’t come back because of this , that explains why it was so empty.
