Não tinha frigobar no quarto que fiquei, o que me obrigava a a ficar comprando água gelada ou comprar água e beber ela quente. Café da manhã caro, pouco variado e com coisas não frescas.

Atendimento pelos recepcionistas EXCELENTE!
Café da manhã MUITO BEM ATENDIDO pelas pessoas que estavam para repor os alimentos e para limpar as mesas.

Cons:

CONTUDO: CAFÉ CARO! - pelo valor cobrado(R$ 45,00/hóspede), o cafe deveria ser servido com mais opções.
Acesso às dependências do hotel: - Dífícil em virtude do trânsito local. Pelo fato de estar localizado em uma esquina, o acesso com veículo poderia ser antes de chegar à esquina.
Estacionamento: A utilização é cobrada a parte e sem cobertura (veículo exposto ao tempo)
SUGESTÃO: Requerer ao Poder Executivo local que PROMOVA varrição frequente e pode adequada das árvores no entorno do hotel (externamente parece um local ermo) e SINALIZE melhor a faxia de rodagem no entorno do hotel. Facilitará para o acesso dos hospedes
