Personnel très agréable, petit déjeuné impeccable car beaucoup de choix.
Chambre bien par rapport au prix, propre.
Seul bémol, côté rue beaucoup de bruit !

On arrival we parked in hotel car park to be greeted by dog excrement and discarded cigarettes by rear entrance door these were not removed for duration of our stay, whilst we were aware we had booked a budget hotel we were still suprised by how basic the rooms were withwash hand basin in bedroom we cancelled our next planned stay in Ibis budget because of this

A chaque fois que je vais à Albi je vais à cette hôtels ibis mais cette fois j'ai pris une chambre pour trois personnes j'ai pris un grand lit avec un lit superposés c'est dangereux pour monter sa va mais pour descendre cest dangereux

Le personnel est accueillant, la chambre pour 3 en couple avec un enfant était très confortable. L hôtel est bien placé entre la gare et le centre historique à pieds. Il y a également un parking gratuit à proximité. Parfait pour une nuit comme un court séjour. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et la salle agréable.

Alors, un arrivage tardive super accueil d’un jeune homme aimable mais pars contre le lendemain matin un homme chauve avec des lunettes qui nous regarde de haut pas souriant du tout . Monsieur l’habit ne fait pas le moine à revoir
