Hôtel Résidence Montebello

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The hotel was close to the bus and metro, making it super easy to get around Paris. We bought a 5-day metro pass and used it the entire trip. The room was perfect for my husband, our grown daughter, and me — cozy, comfortable, and just what we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Having a laundromat right across the street was a huge bonus before heading to our next stop.

Gutes Hotel, das Bad hat nach Schimmel gerochen. Sonst sehr zentral und gut gelegen.

El lugar es muy cercano al metro, es una zona tranquila, pero la habitación tiene camas muy incómodas, no se puede descansar bien, huele un poco a humedad el lugar, pero las personas fueron amables en el lobby, hay que subir escaleras considérenlo en caso de llevar mucho equipaje

Was a great room for the price and had lots of space. We were on the top floor and there is no lift but just something to keep in mind. Everything was clean and in good condition, staff was nice. The only problem was a really firm bed and an uncomfortable pullout couch. Otherwise nice area and good location for coffee shops and dinner restaurants.

The room was perfect and the staff was really helpful and friendly!

Jolie logement bien agencé avec un très bonne localisation pour visiter la Capitale.
Un bémol cependant, la literie du canapé convertible qui n'est pas top, appartement idéal pour 2 personnes mais difficile pour 4 sur plusieurs jours de ce fait. Très bon accueil, personnel sympathique et à l'écoute.

Trop content de cet hôtel, propre et sympa ! On entend quasiment pas le bruit de la rue, il est hyper confortable, et la kitchenette est top équipée. Il manquait juste des volets, même avec les rideaux occultants, mais ça n'est qu'un détail car tout était top !

Unfortunately it was the worst experience. The room was so noisy and bedcovers makes us itchy all night , also there were hairs on them so we couldnt sleep until morning. We were planning to stay 3 night so we paid it before but because of these conditions we had to leave the hotel after first night. we had to stay another hotel. We had to pay lots of money

El hotel está cerca del metro y de algunos establecimientos como super Mercados y restaurantes, lo que lo nos gustó fue que nos cobraran 10 euros por noche obligatorios por una cuota de “limpieza” que constaba de ir a tender la cama y dejar toallas no creo que valiera la pena eso lo deberían de dejar a consideración del huésped ya que lo sentimos como un robo, no hay elevador y las escaleras son sumamente pequeñas y si traes equipaje va a ser todo un tema además que la calefacción no servía muy bien definitivamente no volvería a este hotel ni lo recomendaría .

Hotel com boa localização. Deu para encontrar diferentes pontos turísticos a pé. Equipe atenciosa. Achei a taxa de limpeza excessiva para o que se fato é realizado no quarto. No geral nós tivemos que manter o espaço limpo. Embora já tivéssemos conhecimento das escadas foi bem cansativo a chegada com as malas , mas tivemos ajuda da Elaine.

Was amazing to discover Paris. 2 metro station near. 20 mins walking to eiffel tower. Lovely place!!!

god beliggenhed, super service, lille men fint værelse. Der er dog meget lydt. vi kunne høre hver gang nogen gik på trapperne og alt hvad der skete hos overboen.

立地は最高だと思います。徒歩5分以内に地下鉄の駅が2つあり、サンラザールやリヨンに出るのも便利でした。ボンマルシェはもちろん、ルーブル、オルセー美術館、エッフェル塔にも歩いて行きました。同じく徒歩5分以内にスーパーマーケットが2つあり、他にもベーカリーやカフェなどたくさんあります。通りをはさんだ向かい側にはコインランドリーも。治安も良くて安心して歩けます。

部屋は低層階をリクエストしておいたら地上階にしてくれたのでとても助かりました。スペース的には、15平米でしたが天窓もあり閉塞感はありませんでした。簡易キッチンと食器も備わっていて便利。ただキッチンにコンセントが1カ所（電子レンジ専用）しかないので、電気ケトルを使うにはキッチンではなく部屋のテーブルでお湯を沸かさなければならず不便だったので、近くのスーパーで延長コードを購入しました。

注意が必要なのは、予約サイトによって1日10ユーロの清掃料金を請求されることです。私たちは2週間の長期滞在だったので、チェックインの際に市税と併せて4万円の別料金を払わなければなりませんでした。2週間の間に2泊3日で地方に出かけたのでその間は清掃が必要なかったのですが、それでも料金は取られます。しかも、清掃というのが、本当に最低限で、あとは要求ベースです。係りの人を探して言えばやってくれるけれど、言わなければやってもらえない。例えば、シーツの交換は月曜日と決まっているそうで、もっと頻繁に替えて欲しいと言ったら木曜日にも替えてくれました。

チェックインの際にもっと説明が欲しかったというのも率直な感想です。例えば、天窓はスイッチで開閉できるのですが、1週間以上滞在したあとで清掃係の人が教えてくれるまで知りませんでした。2方向に開く、窓の開け方も。また、清掃をしてほしい場合は札を出しておくのですが、それを知らず、初日は清掃なしでした（係の人を見つけてタオルだけ交換してもらいました。）その札が"Please clean the room/Don't disturb"などと書いてあれば分かりやすいのですが、"Yes/No"だったので、それと気づきませんでした。こうしたことが他にもいろいろあり、チェックインの際にもう少し説明が欲しいと感じました。

スタッフはほとんどの人が親切で、向かいのコインランドリーの使い方まで教えてくれた人もいました。

직원들이 친절하고 지하철역까지 조금 걸어야하긴 하지만 여러 호선이 지나다녀요. 근처에 까르푸와 식당, 베이커리도 괜찮습니다.
하지만 숙박비 외에 청소비를 청구하고, 그럼에도 청소는 깨끗하게 되지 않아요. 샤워부스에 곰팡이가 있어요. 매일 수건과 이틀에 한번 시트를 갈아줍니다.

Great location. Staff was pleasant and helpful in the end.
When we arrived the floors were not just dirty but turned our socks black black.
One towel and pillow case were used.
They cleaned next afternoon, said they’d refund 2 of the daily 10 euro cleaning fee.
But at check out I spent 10 minutes arguing with the staff on one of the day’s cleaning fee. Astounded they would argue over 10 euros and how many hours we had to sit in filth.
I wasn’t even asking to be reimbursed for the night rate or our ruined socks.
Otherwise good place for the money.

Camera piccolissima, inadatta ad ospitare quattro persone. All'arrivo abbiamo pagato 10 euro al giorno per le pulizie che però venivano eseguite in maniera molto, molto sommaria: il pesonale si limitava ad una sistemata della camera.

The hotel was great but we wish there was an elevator or an iron or hair blowdryer. My beautiful daughter loved it though. And my son was ok with it.
