I don't like your staff. She is not friendly and she failed to settle about my breakfast matter.
I booked the rooms with breakfast but the staff told me that my room did not include breakfast and she told me to contact booking.com to settle about the breakfast. I am soooooooo disappointed about that matter. The hotel charged me RM254.32 for 1 night as the same with booking.com that showed the breakfast was included. I would give the bad reviews for my stay. Sorry to say that it was not my first time with your hotel and I decided not to stay with your hotel anymore.
Spacious
The toilet is not closed all the way up. It means, if you poop, the smell will be spread into the room. That’s not very comfortable

Facilities are old, pool is dirty, there is no water bottles in the room, tap water only

Early check in and fast cooling air conditioning
Requested for a simple towel decoration for anniversary. Messaged them but wasn't provided. Room carpet were actually too dusty caused allergy reaction. Less breakfasts option due to Ramadan that's fine. Visited here in 2024 it was okay but quality is slowly getting lesser.
The location is a bit quiet in terms of local sights, but the hotel itself was a wonderful sanctuary. It provided exactly the kind of relaxation we needed after our tiring travels.
