I don't plan to stay in this hotel again and I will not recommend to family and friends.

Nothing stood out for me. The convenient store was good

Cons:

Front desk didn't tell a lot of things upon check in, they assume guest will know. This led to unnecessary inconvenience to me. On 21/11/25 I ate at the coffee house and the staff didn't understand my order and ordered extra food for me and I had to pay for it. There was Cockroach in the room, terrified me, hotel refuse to give a discount for that. House keeping didn't clean my room on 22/11/25.

Pros:

I love the service by the staff. They really attended to my questions and answered my doubts.

Cons:

The lift somehow is abit chaotic. Somehow would wouldnt stop and open at my floor.

Friendly staff, clean & spacious room.
Convenient store available next to the lobby.
Few cafes & clinic nearby.
Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but sufficient.

Cons:

The room was not cool as the air conditioner was not functioning properly, even after a technician came to check. The fridge was also not cold initially, but it was replaced with a new one.
