CHOVEU MEU QUARTO ENCHEU DE ÁGUA, FALEI COM A GERENTE ELA NEM SE QUER QUIS TROCAR NÓS DE QUARTO, AS ROUPAS E LIVROS DO MEU BEBE ENTRE OUTRAS COISAS COMO CELULAR MOLHOU TIVEMOS PREJUÍZO, ELA APENAS DISSE QUE ISSO NUNCA TINHA ACONTECIDO, CLARO QUE COM AGENTE REALMENTE NÃO, MAS E COM OUTROS HÓSPEDES?

Adorei, super recomendo e voltarei em outra oportunidade.

O hotel é muito confortável, com instalações bem cuidadas e ambiente agradável. Os funcionários são extremamente educados, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. Não tive nenhum problema durante minha estadia, tudo ocorreu de forma tranquila e organizada. Com certeza recomendo e retornarei em outra oportunidade.
