Lage ist super. Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, einigermaßen gut gepflegt. Haus und Umgebung recht laut, Check in war super schlecht organisiert, die Dachterrasse ist abgeschlossen. Gleiches Spiel auch beim Check out, es war ausgemacht ich lasse meine Sachen da und komme 16 h zum abholen, es war niemand da.

Close enough to public transport, 15 minutes into Salamanheet tram stop where all the main attractions are.

Service was amazing. Clean room, recieved an additional blanket when requested. Helped with delivering our luggage late in the evening when the air travel company lost our luggage. Let us check in early.

Will be staying again if we're next in Istanbul.

İş seyahati için geldiğimde çok rahat bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Oda çok temizdi, personel çok ilgiliydi. Giriş-Çıkış sırasında her şey çok kolaydı. Sokak sessizdi, ulaşım olanakları çok rahattı.

Easy to locate, clean, walkable to main areas, quiet at night.

The staff was very accommodating. I arranged my transfer through them and they waited patiently even though I had a long delay with my flight and baggage claim. We stayed in communication through what’s app. Also during the stay communication was good. Very friendly, kind and helpful.The room was spacious and clean. I had a room with the sea view, which was very nice. You could hear and see the cruise boat. Airco was present. It is a room that on some points needs a bit of renovations. For example the rail in the bathroom. I liked the industrial look of the room.
It’s noisy at some times of the days. But it didn’t bother me, because most of the times I was out and about. When it came to sleep, it was quiet and I always wake up rested without noise. There was a lot to do around the area, Galata Tower, port and bridge were very close by. Good places to eat out nearby.
I walked a lot and for the far away parts I took an uber. I enjoyed my time very much! I had a nice and good experience at property.

Mekan olarak temiz ve çok güzel bir konuma sahipti çok ilgililerdi keyifli vakit geçirmemiz için çevrede her türlü olanağa sahiptik çoğu merkezi yere yürüme mesafesinde olması bize telaşsız bir konaklama sundu. Eğer tekrar yolumuz düşerse düşünmeden konaklamak isteyeceğiz.

Fantastic location near Galata and the port area. Getting the tram from nearby Tophane station was very convenient. They don’t clean your rooms but do replace towels, empty rubbish bins and restock toiletries (they did this twice during our 5 night stay)

The apartment was not well-maintained. Upon arrival, the window was left open, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room, the bathroom door was broken.
Despite the listing mentioning daily cleaning, our room was not cleaned once during our four-night stay.

Walls are extremely thin, so noise from neighboring rooms was a constant problem. The first 3 nights, a baby next door cried continuously, and on the 3rd night kept us awake from 4 am to 7 am, making it impossible to sleep.

The only positive was the location, which was convenient for exploring the area.

Overall, unless you’re only staying one night and can tolerate noise and minimal amenities, I would advise looking elsewhere.

İstanbul'a gittigimde sıkça tercih ettiğim bir yer. Genel olarak çok memnunum. Temiz, sessiz ama çok merkezi bir yerde, ulaşım kolay. Çok yakında bir sürü özel ve belediye otoparklari mevcut. Yine tercih edecegim

El checking fue muy rápido y nos dieron un up-grade sin costo..todos muy amable habitaciones amplias y limpias.. El hotel muy bien ubicado a unos pasos de la torre Galata y de istiklal..

Konum muhteşem tranvay a yürüme mesafesi galata kulesi taksim e yürüyerek ulaşım çok kolay.Karşılamadaki hanfendi yardım sever ve cana yakındı.Oda biraz daha temiz olabilirdi onun dışında herşey güzeldi teşekkürler.
