The staff are very kind, courteous and very helpful. The thing that bothered me the most are small cockroaches crawling in toilet seat and bathroom floor. I complained to management about this and requested transfer to another room. They granted my request immediately, the room was better and had less cockroaches.
Terrible smell inside the room
There was nothing fancy about the hotel. In fact, it's similar to your typical motel (no windows, ante room etc) except that the linen was much better and all of the appliances were working well.
I would have personally preferred bar soap instead of the soap that is dispensed off a canister, but that's just me.
The place was clean and affordable. It is very close to the mall. Shopping is so easy.... it has food stalls, drug store, supermarket...everything you need is w/in reach.. lots of parking and free breakfast...
He hotel was adequate, but not the nicest of hotels. It had an odd smell in the hall, big cockroach in the entryway, an d an employee who let himself into our entryway and was about to step into room (there are two doors to go through into the room). Another note is that we had to ask the front desk to let us into our room during our stay. They did not have a key card that would work to open our room.
In the picture i thought the proprety or the room is excelent but when the time tou arrive it seems like a motel only

Nice and clean. Great shower. TV stations could have been clearer (fuzzy). Breakfast was good and delivered to your room.
The staff is amazing!
It was really near where I needed to be. But the place seemed like a temporary place for other uhm customers. I didn’t like that, personally. The slippers in the bathroom don’t match. The breakfast wasn’t that worth it; wasn’t very filling but coffee was good. Limited channels on TV. The room isn’t that clean and the towels too.

Het was een nette room, alles goed verzorgd.
Room was clean, tiddy and working hottub was pleasant.
The breakfast is good and were served as i requested for it. Just please ensure complete amenities upon guest entry and be mindful with simple requests.
