FrioHot Hotel

This is my second time staying there, this time around it was more enjoyable. Staffs made me feel welcome since the minute i walked in. Will stay again !

I appreciate the help desk members & and their services, the cleanliness. The air conditioning also is perfect.
Breakfast can be better, very basic, elementary.
Main issue: water infiltration in the room (attached picture).

This was my 4th time there. I like the people that work there. I am already booked again for January. I feel like it's a good place to stay for the money. Hopefully this covid 19 will be over soon and we can dine outdoors again!

Decent hotel nice clean room food was ok nothing special but not bad

Its was ok for the price they have to get a bigger pool and repair the bathrooms.

The wifi was only in the lobby. The rooms are extremely noisy, you know what's going on in the hallway all night long. The staff was not helpful at all. I would not recommend this place at all, even if you just need a place to sleep.

Rooms are clean. Food is Ok. Staff is very polite and friendly

This Hotel is a Hotel that no one should ever come to, because they don’t give good services, no internet in the rooms and no phones in the room in case of emergencies, they don’t have hot water in the rooms, when you don’t have soap and ask for another one they give me a lot of excuses, the electricity is off and on very day and you have to stay in the dark and the worst thing is the the receptionist who’s working in the Hotel want to increase the price even if you had a reservation prior, it’s just terrible

The manager waited for me to check me in 5 hours after curfew had closed the city down and no one was allowed out (I had a late flight). Service is amazing and the staff is too nice. Definitely my favorite hotel in Boca Chica

Very good Hotel just a short walk to the beach. The Hotel's Restaurant is very good too. I stayed there on July 11, 2020 and I would defenetly come back to this Hotel.

They were supposed to pick me up at the Airport but never showed up. Of course they did not answer their phone when I called.
Most of the electric outlets in the room did not work.

Contacted the hotel a few days ago thru Expedia app. They stated the have airport pick up. Gave them my eta and flight number. Flew in. Waited and waited. Called their phone, no answer. Had to overpay a rip-off taxi $40.00.

Just a very nice quiet place but near all the nightlife. Great staff. Decent food. I go 5 times a year and stay there every time. I have tried others but always come back to FRIO HOT

The workers were friendly, the bedroom was a small decent size for 1 person. The bathroom was ok. The shower you have to let run for a little bit before it gets hot, they forgot to mention that. Overall this place was great.

Location. Staff. Clean. Everything works. V alue.

For me... Cant beat the oroce. Room clean ans orderly. Great food. Great helpful staff. Across the street from the beach. You do hear every door close but i dont see that really an issue. I will definate stay here again fiven the opportunity. Close to the airport. Very satisfied

The humidity in the room made us have a stuffy nose. Other then that the stay at this hotel was great!
