Clean, but definitely not a 9.0 rating
Pros:

Bed is quite firm(preference thing, not worn out) and noisy(squeaks during cardio)
Spartan, but clean room.
Noisy on street side.
No breakfast offered. Lobby is not a/c
Staff is friendly from the limited contact I had (Thai people are the friendliest in the earth, I’ve found)
Good water pressure and a taller shower head for taller folks. I’m 6’5”. Nothing worse than a shower head pointing at your sternum.
Second hotel in bkk that I’ve stayed that had a 1 1/2” ledge on top of a 4” step entering the bathroom. Be cognizant of that. Wouldn’t feel very good breaking your toes on an early morning bathroom stumble.
Clean room and tidy.
Not sure how this has 9.0 rating. 7 at best, only because it’s clean & cheaper.
Decent value for the money. Could’ve found better if I had more time. Plane was taking off. Only a few mins available.
You could do a lot worse

Pros:

Loved the simple, spacious, *utlitiarian* design of the room. I didn't love the hard bed. Win some, lose some. Overall, I would happily stay here again

Clean rooms, good priced hotel near the airport!
Pros:

My overall impression is based on several factors. Both area and price level. Judging by the price, it is definitely on the top when it comes to the product provided. The distance to the airport is around 20-25 minutes depnding on traffic.

The rooms are clean, neat and fresh. The decoration is tasteful. Its simple yet very comfortable. Easy checkin process. The surrounding areas is bustling with restaurants and markets.

I had a great stay.

Like everything, things can be improved. But on the other hand one needs to think about if its worth the price hike. We paid around 22 GBP/room/night and therefore the expectations wasnt high, as it was the last night before leaving Thailand, but the hotel exceeded the expecations.

I have seen rooms like these in a deteriorated condition, and they are not very nice to stay in. Hopefully Baan Noppadol, keeps up the great work and keeps the rooms clean and neat so we can enjoy it in the future.

Pros:

For the price it is a great hotel especially for the airport, but my only advice and I only stayed one night which was a Thursday night, is get a room far from the stairs, as the noise of people up and down to the early hours was very loud.
