Love the convenience, just walk out and crossed a road and its the slope. Came with simple breakfast.
Small toilets and tiny room, but for the cost, its ok.

Did not update my booking to include 3pax instead of 2pax, had to go up and down the stairs with the staff to look for extra bedding when it was not in our room.

breakfast was simple and filling for morning skiing !
Location is excellent, slope on the doorstep.
Bed mattresses are old and too soft for restful sleep, need to be replaced.

Light bulb in our bathroom was missing, we reported it but they never did anything about it in our 7 night stay

The location was absolutely amazing they truly weren’t lying when they said on the slopes. It was so convenient being able to access everything so easily, especially for skiing. The accommodation itself was clean, and the room was lovely and comfortable. It had a cosy feel and was well presented.
However, we were quite disappointed with the hospitality. Unfortunately, the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming during our stay. It made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable, which really impacted our overall experience. Because of this, we decided to check out a day earlier than planned.
It’s a shame, as the location and room were great, but the service unfortunately let it down for us.
Host staff
Right on the ski run. Literally walk out door of drying room to the chair lift and a ticket office. It doesn’t get easier than that.
Breakfast and dinner options in hotel, so you don’t have to leave if you’re too tired. Breakfast was ok, not outstanding, but it was enough. Dinner option of lamb and naan was outstanding. Other options included dumplings, various ramens, and other dishes.
Onsen available from 1700.
The bathrooms are super tiny in the tatami / futon rooms, but at least there was an in-room toilet.
No available parking on site. No real location to load and unload gear close to hotel. Parking was available at a free overnight parking lot about three minutes walk, but completely dark after sunset. Get to the hotel before nightfall.

Futon beds were least comfortable we have had and actually made our necks sore after a few nights
The location! And the staff were super friendly and helpful!! But, no one could speak Japanese. I found it to be very odd, as I’m not used to Japan’s new normal.
It could be cleaner and better maintained. Especially, the bath tub and the shower area. I would have appreciated to receive a washcloth, as we were only provided a big towel each.
Amazing ski in & ski out, perfect location right next to the slope, room is a tad oldschool and basic but it was fine and cozy, the private onsen upstairs was magic

The location is amazing, ski out of the front door and get on the chairlift.
The drying room struggles to dry very wet clothes.
