Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect, direct at the Beach. We had the 2-floor family bungalow in the front row, so that couldn't be better. The room was clean, had an A/C, small fridge and kettle. They also have a fair priced laundry service. Actually everything we needed for a perfect time.
The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, they even organized our transport when we had to leave.

Cons:

1. The breakfast in the restaurant is really quite simple, with few options to choose from, portions are ok, but not enough for a hungry teenager. The restaurant staff doesn't seem to be very motivated.
Also, behind the restaurant, there is a lot of trash, just left there. I would remove it.

2. The Hotel is perfectly located, so of course it's not the cheapest option on the island. It was sad to see that in the bungalow, instead of nice and stylish furniture, they used plastic shoe racks instead of shelves. I would invest a little bit in stylish quality furniture

A great place to stay on Sunrise Beach
Pros:

This was a fantastic place to stay. Lovely comfortable bungalow metres away from the beach. This is on the more quiet side of the island but only minutes from Walking Street which suited us perfectly.

Mas the Reception Manager was superb. She was so supportive and helpful in every way and her command of English was so useful. Thank you Mas for your amazing customer service.

We also took two separate snorkelling days organised by the resort. These were great days and fully recommend them.

Cons:

Apart from Mas and one lady in the cafe no English was spoken by any of the staff.

The WiFi was very poor. This was blamed on being on an island but elsewhere and talking to other people staying elsewhere they didn’t have our issues. We had to use our phone data.

Très déçu par cet établissement qui ne montre pas son vrai visage sur les photos. Prix exorbitant pour les prestations,

Pros:

Litet familjedrivet ställe med bungalows av olika slag med restaurang precis vid stranden. I vår bungalow var bäddsoffan bäddad åt vår 5-åring redan när vi kom. Fyra frukostalternativ som lagas på beställning, vi fick jättefin hjälp med något att äta åt vårt barn. Lugnt och stillsamt på kvällar och nätter.

Cons:

Egentligen inget, det enda kanske är att restaurangen stänger klockan 18. Men det finns ju gott om ställen precis intill.

Считаю, что цена на такое размещение завышена, больше бы не остановилась тут. Возможно новые домики лучше.
Pros:

Небольшой отель непосредственно на пляже Sunrise из отдельно стоящих домиков: 4 маленьких более старых домика и несколько более новых, побольше размером. Мы жили в старом и маленьком ( комната 14м2). Территория — довольно зеленая аллея с цветущими плумериями и домиками вдоль нее. Аллея с домиками упирается в здание кафе, где организовывают завтрак. Ни один из домиков не имеет вида на море, но на территории тихо, вечером приятно посидеть на веранде или прямо у моря, полюбоваться звездами. Возле домиков емкость с водой и ковшиком, чтобы смыть песок с ног. У каждого домика небольшая веранда с креслами, столиком и сушилкой для полотенец. В номере есть холодильник, небольшой сейф, диванчик, удобная кровать, с хорошими подушками ,чайник, столик, зеркало. Полотенец достаточно, пляжные полотенца можно менять самим возле рецепции. Убирались , если повесить табличку с просьбой убраться, хорошо, ставили по 2 бутылочки воды и даже поменяли белье 1 раз и меняли все полотенца каждый раз при уборке. На пирс при выезде доставили на трицикле бесплатно, правда позже выяснилось, что точек отправления на одном и том же главном пляже 2, мы этого не знали и приехали. Уда куда пришел наш паром из Лангкави. Прошли все процедуры на выезд, сдали багаж, прошли границу и при начале посадки выяснилось, что наш ваучер на билеты не оплачен и нам надо оплатить поездку. В общем пришлось платить, и ругать Trip.com, и только потом мы поняли в чем была ошибка, мы приехали не на тот пирс. Никто нам ничего не сказал, никто не проверил что за ваучер на билеты, ну, в общем и мы лоханулись, и местным было не интересно что то нам подсказать. Покупайте билеты заново, переиграть уже было невозможно, т. к. граница пройдена и впереди вылет с Лангкави домой. Пишу только для того, чтоб другие знали, что пунктов отправления паромов на главном пляже острова есть 2.

Cons:

Очень старый домик, везде щели, комаров много. В номере стоит огромный баллон спрея от комаров ( д. в. это цеперметрин— на кожу его не наносят, только попрыскать вокруг веранды). Есть фумигатор в номере. Ремонт там не делали очень давно, очень страшненький внутренний вид, но мы не за дизайном сюда конечно, но все же. Сантехника старая, старая, но нагреватель для воды работает, хоть напор воды очень слабый. Кафель в ванной комнате очень скользкий, особенно учитывая уклон для стока воды от душа. Раковина на высоте груди почему то. Уровень пола в этом помещении ниже уровня пола см на 20—25, надо шагать осторожно, особенно ночью. Вода желтая, пахнет неприятно, в другом отеле на Ко Липе вода была лучше, зубы ею чистили, а тут не стали. Самое неприятное — в номере 1!!!розетка и в нее воткнут холодильник. Есть раздолбанный удлинитель на 3 розетки, т. е. вилку от холодильника туда , фумигатор и остается 1 свободная розетка под все, но и она такая , что ничего в ней не держится. В общем, пошла жаловаться, удлинитель поменяли на такой же, только новый, но тем хоть можно было пользоваться. Белье меняли , оно стираное, но все пятнами, ну тоже не так уж это большая проблема. Пляж напротив отеля — много лодок, утром сильный отлив. Мы ходили в правую сторону пляжа там где отель ‘10 Moons’ , там хорошо, есть тень, но лодки есть везде, надо быть осторожным, ну или купаться там где есть отгороженное буйками местечко. Своих лежаков у отеля нет. У нас было размещение без завтрака, мы 1 раз поели в кафе от отеля (250 бат стоимость) , нам не очень понравилось и мы продолжили ходить на завтрак в наш предыдущий отель Ricci , где был приличный шведский стол, хороший кофе из машины и цена 200 б за 1 чел.

Puiki vieta, visai šalia paplūdimio. Neblogi pusryčiai.

Cons:

Kambariai turėtų būti valomi kasdien, bet taip nėra. Keistai paliekamas tik vienas ritinėlis tualetinio popieriaus, ir jai pritrūksta- turi eiti prašyti. Absurdas, kad jei nori naudotis plaukų džuovintuvu- 300 bahtų už 1 dieną.

L’emplacement proche du centre, calme et cadre agréable. A 10min de marche de l’arrivée du bateau, à 15min de la plage de Northern point très belle.

Cons:

Clim un peu capricieuse mais elle fonctionne.

Pros:

Les jolies petits bungalow, l'emplacement proche de Walking street.

Cons:

La plage n'a rien a voir avec les photos, elle est minuscule et rempli de bateaux.
Le restaurant ferme à 18h, aucun transat dispo sur la plage.
Petit déjeuné tres léger pour 150 baths.

Niveau chambre, elle est bien, sauf la douche, vétuste ++++. La clim fait énormément de bruit.

Au niveau personnel cela dépendait des personnes...

A nos yeux, très cher pour ce que c'est et pour 3 étoiles.
