Bon séjour
Pros:

L’emplacement proche du centre, calme et cadre agréable. A 10min de marche de l’arrivée du bateau, à 15min de la plage de Northern point très belle.

Cons:

Clim un peu capricieuse mais elle fonctionne.

Pros:

Les jolies petits bungalow, l'emplacement proche de Walking street.

Cons:

La plage n'a rien a voir avec les photos, elle est minuscule et rempli de bateaux.
Le restaurant ferme à 18h, aucun transat dispo sur la plage.
Petit déjeuné tres léger pour 150 baths.

Niveau chambre, elle est bien, sauf la douche, vétuste ++++. La clim fait énormément de bruit.

Au niveau personnel cela dépendait des personnes...

A nos yeux, très cher pour ce que c'est et pour 3 étoiles.

Location - right on a beach, nice cafe for breakfast and lunch, very helpful lady at the reception. Quite place and very close to the Walking street. Plenty of cafes around.

La struttura è formata da una fila d bungalow in mezzo a piante ombrose e fiorite e finisce con un ristorante per colazioni e pranzi direttamente sul mare. È tutto molto pulito sia le camere che il giardino dove il personale passa in continuazione , la camera basica ma comoda letto comodissimo con doppio cuscino. Il portico dispone di sedie e tavolino dove si può anche fare colazione , all interno della camera a disposizione bollitore e bustine di te e caffè più una bottiglia di acqua a persone ogni giorno.

Cons:

Un po lunghi i tempi per la colazione ma se non si devono fare escursioni o partire i non importa. Peccato il poco spazio sulla spiaggia davanti dove è quasi impossibile stendersi ma pochi passi più avanti c è una delle più belle spiaggette dell isola

Unfortunately, not the best in Koh Lipe
Pros:

The facilities are well located, right next to the beach and to the main street and walkable street. The bungalows offer a terrace, which is convenient to relax under some shade or enjoy the rain while staying dry! The receptionist offered free taxi to the pier, which was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

The bungalow we got was a "budget with A/C" one. While it provided an ok place to stay for 3 days, we were very disappointed by its interior which is very old and requires a lot of maintenance. The bathroom was the worst, but it was clean. We normally love a firm bed mattress, but this was next level! It was like sleeping on a rock. Upon our arrival, we had lunch at the Coco Bungalow restaurant and my husband got sick for 2 days. All that to say, we unfortunately can't say it was good value for money, at $100 CAD per night, in Thailand.

Die Terrasse war ganz nett.

Cons:

Die Lage am mit longtail booten, die den ganzen Tag krach machen, vom diesel Gestank ganz zu schweigen. Der Strand und das Wasser vor der Unterkunft ist nicht zu nutzen. Wasser dreckig und geschätzt 300 longtail boote vor der ase. Der Weg zum Ort ist so eklig! Es stinkt und ist total vermüllt. Die Bungalows sind sehr alt und schlecht in stand. Habe knapp 100 Euro die Nacht bezahlt. 20 wären angemessen gewesen!
Die ganze Insel ist total überlaufen und vermüllt. Bis auf die Strand Seite im Norden ist es kein Vergnügen!!!

Cons:

L’accoglienza pessima anche la mattina alla colazione, le ragazze sempre scortesi e non sorridenti
La colazione sarebbe dovuta iniziare alle 07:30, ma alle 07:45 non era mai pronto e le ragazze si stavano truccando e pettinando 😅 e guai a interromperle
Stanza sporca, mai pulita e ci siamo lamentati più volte durante il soggiorno, anche dimostrando la sporcizia con le foto, ma ovviamente se ne sono fregati
