Las carencias, los detalles y tener que entrar al ascensor por un estrecho hall lleno de basura. El ruido por la noche del botellón de la calle, la cabecera de la cama sin sujetar a la pared,...no había cuadros, todo muy austero y muy, muy elemental.

En las fotos todo parece bonito pero el hotel está anticuado. Por la noche nos duchamos con agua templada y la calefacción no funcionaba bien.
La limpieza a mejorar.
A las 7 de la mañana no había recepción y la puerta del edificio estaba cerrada.

Lo que más me gustó fue el trato personal del dueño,es un señor muy agradable y atento. Comimos en el restaurante unos judiones y cochinillo buenísimos. En general el trato de todo el personal que trabaja allí son estupendos. Y destacar tambie elntrato de Ricardo que se lleva el coche y está a tu disposición a cualquier hora. No necesitamos el coche para movernos por allí,todo andando 🥰🥰

Cons:

No puedo decir nada malo,por poner algo es un sitio muy céntrico y la primera noche había algo de follón en una de las terrazas de un bar que hay enfrente

Very basic accommodation which is overpriced for what they offer.
Pros:

Not much to like except for location.

Cons:

The reception desk was never staffed, one had to look for someone if there was a problem. Terrible WiFi signal, most of the time you could not get a connection. Bed was uncomfortable; lumpy mattress, thin flat pillows, . Bathtub was so small, one could only sit in it with knees drawn up to chest.

La ubicación es ideal, la estancia nos resultó muy agradable , la habitacion estaba muy limpia y la cama muy comoda. La atencion del personal excelente.Si volvemos a Segovia no dudaré en volver a reservar allí.
