We are Hilton Honors Gold members and the service here was the worst we may have ever had. The front desk is rude and not interested in providing any assistance at all. We chose our room on the app and she said we gave the room to someone else so you will just have to get what you get. I contacted Hilton Honors and they attempted to move me but this place was refusing to refund the points. Never seen anything like this place in all my travel. I requested top floor and they placed us on the 2nd floor in a room with a terrible bed that was not usable. If you are not friends with the staff good luck getting any service. I would advise you get another place.

Smell from plant located behind hotel
Location was great and the scenery! The staff were nice.
I had a problem being charge for a second room that I cancelled through booking.com. I initially reserved a room and then cancelled due to possible hurricane conditions. I reserved it again for the same dates but somehow I was charged an extra 189.00, so now I am waiting for it to be reversed and the money retuned back to my credit card. As of now it has not been returned. I have never had this to happened. I spoke with a customer service representative from Booking.com and he said he sent an email to them explaining everything. I will give it a couple a days to see if it will be returned to my credit card.
