Nice stay overall
Pros:

Breakfast was good for a continental breakfast
Room very big and had everything we may need
Staff at desk was very friendly always greeting people coming and going. I wish I remembered her name specifically because there was one lady very nice!

Cons:

Not a big deal for us, but rooms not cleaned everyday

Pros:

Clean, large rooms. Friendly staff and easy location.

Cons:

Price was a bit high, but I know that's partially due to the location. Did have 1 staff member who was kind of aggressive with how she asked questions. I asked for towels and instead of asking which kind, she just stared at me and used a hand motion acting as though I could read her mind.

What would have been a great stay was unfortunately ruined by noisy children. I blame the parents.
Pros:

I actually like the hotel itself. The room was very nice, and the staff was pretty good. Also, the breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast.

Cons:

My family and I were not able to rest well due to other guests allowing their children to rip and run all night.....literally. We heard bumping and running above our room all through the wee hours of the night. I understand that children are going to bump around, but allowing them to do so in the middle of the night, knowing that people are in rooms below you is simply unacceptable. It got so bad, I was forced to lie in bed with my headphones on, playing soft music to try to drown out the noise. I told the front desk about it, and the worker called the room above us and asked them to please keep their children calm at nigjt because we were not able to rest. Unfortunately that call did not work because the next night (our last night there) was much of the same. We decided that although we liked the hotel, the next time we're in Hilton Head it may be better for us to rent an air bnb.
