Rooms great nice property, kitchen staff not friendly.
Pros:

The front desk reception was super friendly and super nice. The rooms are a good size as well.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room we were in had like an orange soap scum that looks like it trickled down the wall from the bar in the tub then stained it. The worst part about the stay was probably the kitchen staff. They were rude at times and came across like they were miserable. I saw a guy take waffle batter up to the chef that was making eggs and he handed it to her to make for him. So I thought that was a good idea and when I went up and asked for the same thing he just asked for, she responded with a snotty tone and said I don’t make those up here. I replied saying oh sorry I thought you did since someone else just was here and she said it again no I don’t cook that here that’s what the waffle maker is for. So I went back made my waffle but as I was waiting for it to cook a different worker walked up next to me refilling the toppings got mad because one of the topping spoons had batter on it. You could tell she was not happy and had attitude saying out loud complaining well there goes that. It definitely made me miss our stay at the embassy suites Anaheim North, the kitchen staff was amazing and super nice. There was only one staff member here in the kitchen who was nice and polite. It was the lady who was cleaning the tables. She was amazing and very helpful. The part that makes the embassy suites great is there breakfast but this is the first one I was at that made me feel unwelcomed.

The property itself if nice and clean! Friendly staff that had exceptional customer service!

Cons:

The rooms were smaller than most Embassy properties and the cleaning agent used in the restrooms does not smell fresh. The property should consider a vent deodorizer like the lobby and halls have.

Great stop on a road trip
Pros:

Wonderful, clean, large suite with a great breakfast and nice evening reception. It's in an industrial area so there is not much around if you don't have a car.

Cons:

I ended up having dinner at the restaurant and there was only 1 waitress for the entire place. She did an incredible job considering. Kitchen was slow and understaffed too, but the food was good.

The brickstone had great food. Nice atmosphere.

Cons:

Room wasn't as clean as expected. My husband found some strange stuff on the floor when he dropped his phone. The shower pressure or shower head wasn't the best. It was a struggle and I couldn't change the settings on the shower head. The lights also flickered in the bathroom and bedroom it was a bit creepy. I had a gorgeous view that's the best part of the room.

Pros:

The woman who checked us in was amazing. I wish I could remember her name!

Cons:

The night shift person did not treat us well when we asked for bottled water. The bed was not good. Needs to be replaced.
