Pros:

The room was perfect for my family. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Best hotel visit I've had.

Cons:

There was a moment we wanted water or drinks but no staff was at the counter for maybe 5 minutes. We weren't sure how the snack area worked if staff wasn't around. We went back to the room and came back down later and then we saw someone at the desk and bought some drinks then.

Perfect atmosphere.
Pros:

I thoroughly loved everything about my stay. I was welcomed from the time of entrance to checkout. The facility looked and smelled immaculate. The staff was very professional. My view in the room was perfect. The location was perfect distance from the event I attended. Also this allowed great access to food and other needs. I will be returning to this hotel for another peaceful, quiet stay.

I Liked How Staff Welcomed And Treated Me. Also, How The Breakfast Was Always Getting Refilled

Cons:

The Smell Of The Room Was Very Bad And There Was A Dog Toy Found Inaide The Room. As If Cleaning Was Poorly Done. Smell Was Not Tolerable So I Had To Cancel My Second Night There And Go Sowmwhere Else.

Great place to stay in Plano area
Pros:

Clean hotel with huge room (king 1 BR suite). They have daily service - a rarity these days. Friendly staff too. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area. You definitely get a lot for the price. We had a really pleasant stay.

Cons:

Bed sheets had yellow and brown stains on them the day of check-in. I reported it and someone came to change them. That should have been changed earlier since check-in was at 3pm. I don't think pets should be allowed there because dog poop was everywhere and smelled bad outside the building. People weren't cleaning up behind their dogs. Poop was all on the sidewalks and walkways as you entered the building from the side doors. My niece ruined a beautiful pair of pearl embellished sandals due to the fact that dog poop was on the walkway of the building. She mentioned it to the clerk that was on duty that night and she didn't show any concern nor remorse.
