Great experience but not exceptional
Pros:

The breakfast was terrible soggy eggs, potatoes weren’t evenly cooked. The staff was wonderful and pool area was great and clean.

Ok for a night or two, but not good value for money, overall.
Pros:

The room is spacious and mostly has a nice layout. The location of the hotel is good for people with a car. Free and adequate parking spaces (when I was there.) Generally, the hotel seemed adequately clean. Breakfast was adequate and probably has something for most people.

Cons:

There was an issue with the hotel rate and I was charged a lot more than I should have been because the front desk clerk made a mistake and charged me the hotel's fee (that does not match with Booking.com's fee.) When I alerted the front desk to this, they said they would fix it and I would be refunded the difference. I was sent a receipt that mentions the correct fee I was quoted on Booking.com, but I have yet to receive a refund. The bed was really uncomfortable and I barely got any sleep in it. The layout of the bathroom is really uncomfortable and inconvenient. The door opens inward only a few hairs away from the toilet. The shower water pressure is somewhat weak. I don't recommend using the WiFi for personal financial matters because the connection seems really unsecure. The cybersecurity protocols in place here are questionable.
