Pros:

It was very clean! Most of the staff was nice.

Cons:

The beds weren't that comfortable. You can hear the people above you walking around. The guy that checked me in was rude. The pool was closed and I didn't know till I got there.

The pool was decent.

Cons:

For the very expensive rates which ended up higher than our reservation. We received NO maid service at all! For the rates we paid? That is unexcitable! Our rate being raised for no reason during out stay! Not right! I worked in the hotel industry for twenty years. We never did that sort of thing to a guest! I was also unable to get the baseball game on the tv. .The desk came up and said it was set but didn't work and when I called to the desk multiple times. I was ignored!
