This Homewood Suites in Florence is so nice. We especially liked the breakfast which is one of the best we've seen in a hotel. They had a full buffet including tacos with everything including a Tinga chicken that you could put on it. The juices were good too. Genene in the kitchen is so nice!!! It was wonderful! What a great way to start your day!!!
Our family had a reunion July 24 to 26. The room was so clean and well appointed. I did not expect a kitchen. We had a full size frig and a stove and diswasher.
The front desk was staffed with friendly team members. Florence had thunderstorms on Saturday. The staff made room for our group to bring the activities inside. I just thought this was amazing customer service. They saved the day.
I will definitely come back for another visit.
Homewood Suites Florence location is easily accessible with plenty of parking. Upon arrival the front desk staff was friendly and answer any questions I had. As I move through the hotel and encounter other staff members I found them to be courteous and friendly and willing to assist if anything was needed.
My room was spacious, comfortable, and best of all well stocked and clean.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent, there were selections to suit all dietary needs and the staff was on point. I want to give special thank you to Ms. Genese. She was very instrumental in making sure everyone was well taken care of, as well as engaging with the guest to make them feel comfortable.

Just great! Very clean, good sized rooms! I'm going to buy that bedfellows! The breakfast was hot and delicious! Genesee kept things wiped down and plenty hot coffee. If you like flavors for your coffee, it's here.
The location was ok. The rooms were good size and clean.
The beds were very uncomfortable but especially the sofa bed. We all woke up in excruciating pain which was very disappointing after needing a good nights sleep after traveling over 14 hours in the car and then needing to continue our drive the next morning with back pain from the horrible beds. We were also told we couldn’t get any more pillows or blankets for our stay. Which was very frustrating as well.
