Overpriced average hotel.
Pros:

I like the location of the property and the spaciousness of the rooms.

Cons:

I thought the price was too high for the quality of the room and I found the bathtub/ shower area disgusting and in need of upgrades and repairs so I refused to use it.

Very glad to find a unit available, but wish the stay could have been more relaxing.
Pros:

Front desk Courtney was a sweetheart, with extra snacks because we had such a long day traveling. Michael was also "johny-on-the spot" to assist with heat in our room.

Cons:

Heating unit would not work. Both my husband and Michael tried several options before we could get the unit to heat. As we were late arrivals all was quiet at night, but morning brought some loud playing and shouting next door. Not very sound proof walls in my opinion.
Also no ice bucket in our unit.

Pros:

Excellent!

Cons:

It would have been nice to have water for showers, flushing the toilet and brushing our teeth. There was a water main break so the absence of water is understandable. But we are not being offered even a partial credit for the stay.

Everything was great except for the noise in the A/C
Pros:

Was comfortable and the staff was so kind and friendly

Cons:

In my room the air conditioner made a noise that waked me up couple of times during the night

Great location. Rooms were very nice and clean. Loved the layout. Very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. A lot of choices.

Pros:

The entire room was awesome. Full kitchen, nice view of the woods. Very quiet.

Cons:

Bed wasn't very comfortable. Hard mattress. And seemed short for a king bed. I'm 6ft tall.
