I traveled to Tuskegee under incredibly difficult circumstances to say my last goodbyes to my sister-in-law, who is battling cancer. My journey was filled with stressful hurdles, including a severely delayed flight, a flat tire on I-85, and the realization that there are no hotels in Tuskegee. By the time I finally arrived at this hotel, I was exhausted and highly irritable.Thankfully, I was greeted warmly by Robin at the front desk. Even though the hotel computer system was completely down, she handled the situation flawlessly. Her desk was covered in Post-it notes to track guests manually, and she beautifully coordinated open rooms with her team over the radio. Seeing her maintain a bright smile while dealing with all of our crazy personalities with total composure completely shifted my perspective. I told myself that if she could stay this positive under pressure, I had no right to let my travel mishaps get the best of me.Throughout the evening, Robin remained incredibly pleasant and even helped me find a local to have my tire replaced. She is an absolute rock star, and her exceptional service completely turned my entire experience around. KUDO to Robin.
Our stay was only for one night. The Bathroom was not clean. The inside of the toilet was dirty as well as the toilet seats. The shower doors had water spots. The bottom of the shower doors were red and brown. The bathroom sink had yellow gunk in it. The room was dusty. The dresser in between the beds had this red gunky stuff on them and extremely dusty. I used Lysol wipes to get some of the areas, but we won’t be staying here again
Don't use this hotel. Air conditioning rattled all night. Low water pressure. Bad service. Misspelled my name and my address on invoice.breakfast not regularly stocked.

Location, we travel from Louisiana to South Carolina, this is a mid way stop for us.
The facility needs maintenance. Pool and area around it was not clean, out side furniture badly needs up dating. No coffee at breakfast. Hall way had a mold, unclean smell. This hotel has declined over the last few years. Dog barking all night.
Staff were helpful. Comfortable bed, Hardwood floor, value, included breakfast, EV charger on site.
This location was extremely dirty. Looks like it is missing regular/ everyday cleaning. Bathrooms were dirty with yellow/ mouldy seals, elevator & hallways were dirty, garbage bin next to elevator was overflowing, garbage bins in breakfast were full at 7 in the morning, carpet in hallway had musty smell. Overall the place needs thorough deep cleaning.

It wasn’t the best cleanliness in the room itself. The shower looked like it hadn’t been tidied up, there were spots in the shower, on the walls and on the ceilings.
Breakfast was top tier. The hotel overall is a nice place. The shower was actually hot!
