very disappointing, room, food, TV issues, 2 elevators, only one was working. not up to standards

poor selections of breakfast items compared to other places. requested 2 queen beds got one queen. room had one chair that didn't fit within the room. No place to put luggage, couldn't get the TV to work. Remote needed new batteries.
won't be stopping here again. Disappointing.

She Knows Management
Pros:

Aaliyah was excellent in her reception to us. She was under a great deal of pressure, with a full house and remained very professional 👏 Aaliyah offered the amenities of beverages and snacks without us having to ask for them. Kudos Aaliyah!

Cons:

There was no refrigerator in our room, but Aaliyah graciously gave a discount. The eggs at breakfast was a bit mushy. Not very appetizing.

The staff was great, the location good and the environment was clean.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and the location was not to far from campus.

Cons:

The breakfast food was poor quality. The eggs seemed to be made from some alternative substance. The bagels were hard. The apples were poor quality.
