Disappointing stay with poor sound insulation
Pros:

The hotel is located not too far from the bazaar — around a 10-minute walk.The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, which was definitely the highlight of the stay.The coffee at breakfast was also good and made with a professional coffee machine.

Cons:

There are many stray dogs in the area, probably because of the nearby bazaar, and it felt quite unsafe walking back to the hotel in the evening.

The bathroom in the room was extremely small — it was almost impossible to wash your hands without splashing water all over the floor. There was also no complimentary water in the room, only paid drinks in the minibar, which was very loud and had to be unplugged during the night.

The room lighting was poor: there was no main ceiling light, only small lamps above the bed and desk, so the room felt dark and gloomy in the evening.

The soundproofing was terrible. We could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the corridor extremely clearly. On one side, we listened to a man talking on the phone until midnight, and every movement in the hallway was also very loud.

Breakfast was not very good either — it was difficult to find something enjoyable to eat. Unfortunately, I cannot really recommend it.

Lipsă empatie față de clienți, nu o să măi revenim!
Pros:

Poziția față de centru , a fost OK

Cons:

Personalul cu care nu prea te înțelegeai în limba română, baia și obiectele din ea, care erau minuscule și de proasta calitate( robineți, duș etc.)Micul dejun rece și foarte slab, lipsea apa, suc, ceai care trebuia cerut de la bar, fructe lipsă, nu înlocuiau produsele care se consumau, furculițe, farfurii trebuia să aștepți ceva timp să intri în posesie. Deci dacă nu veneai la prima oră riscai să nu prea ai ce mânca. Și una peste alta persoana care trebuia să pună și să completeze mâncarea pe masă a ridicat vocea la noi și chiar ne-a certat în nu știu ce limbă ( probabil rusă). Televizorul din 50 canale doar vreo zece funcționau și acelea în limba rusă.

Pros:

Хорошее местоположение, вкусный завтрак, приветливый персонал

Cons:

Убитый номер: кровать проваленная, горячей воды нет - максимум тёплая, старая барахлящая сантехника. В номере даже бутылочки питьевой воды бесплатной не положено.
Просила тихий номер в конце коридора, получила прям возле лестничной клетки, где слышала всех заезжающих, уезжающих и мимо проходящих - звукоизоляции 0
