Muito próximo a vários lugares legais
Pros:

Localização é excelente, pois fica do lado da rua torta. Um quarteirão do Hard Rock, um quarteirão de onde vende o pão com linguiça e de muitos comércios, como restaurantes, adegas, etc..

Cons:

Para ficar ainda melhor deveriam oferecer também o café da manhã, pois não tem.
