Pros:

We made a reservation for the advertised 3-bedroom Apartment.on Expedia for one night stay on Aug 7 2021. Prior to arrival, I called to confirm that the room was ready and to inform the hotel host that we were on our way. Much to our surprise and shock, the gentleman we spoke to, Mr. Gbenga, advised us that they do not have any 3-bedroom apartments in their inventory. We drive to the hotel anyway and requested that we be given, at least, 2 or 3 separate 1-bedroom suites. Our request was rejected.So we could not get the 3-bedroom apartment (because they DO NOT & NEVER HAD any 3-bedroom) that we booked on Expedia or get get checked into 2 rooms. We could stay at the property. I think this is clearly FALSE advertisement and/or Fraud. I am trying to get our money back but the hotel is refusing to refund. DO NOT reserve this hotel. If you do, DO NOT Pay until you get to the hotel and see the room you are booked for.
