все отлично, близко к центру, в номере все чисто и тепло, в Тбилиси есть проблема с отоплением зимой, первый этаж не нужно идти в гору подниматься! Хозяин квартиры на каждую просьбу даже 2 часа ночи отзывается!
The place is nice and renovated at first glance.
It's in a pretty nice area, although the building we stayed at was noticeably older and less renovated compared to buildings just a few steps away.
No mattter all the troubles we'd like to specify that the owners are really kind people and would respond quickly to our requests. We understand that all that happened is very likely a genuine mistake but we want them to know that people come to an apartment not just for kindness but also for the apartment and utilities themselves, which definitely could've been better.
A LOT of issues happened.
Note: This all happened from the end of December to the beginning of January, so some events here were also happening at new year's eve.
We are quite new to traveling, but this might be the worst experience in a place we're staying at we've had so far. Tbilisi itself is a beautiful place though.
Let's begin with the fact that the apartment is on the 6th floor, which means that an elevator is crucial unless you are the best stair climber in the world 🤷♂️
We were given a tiny chip-like-card that let us ride the elevators for free with a balance on them (incase you didnt know - elevators generally cost money in tbilisi)
One weird thing - even though we were 3 people we got just one card, so we had to ask for another one just to feel a little more free.
We had a LOT of issues with the elevators, ranging from them straight up breaking to the doors not closing (or closing to our chip card just not working at times. We had to text the apartment owner multiple times to let them know the elevator is screwed.
Don't get me started on the fact that exactly when we were moving out the card very convieniently ran out of money which made us have to walk 3 floors down with heavy baggage until the owners refilled it.
So yeah, when we were placing the order we saw people complaining about the elevators but we didn't think it'd be that bad
Second of all, the thing we were concerned over the most:
Utilities.
Seems like we got very lucky and the water heating was screwed for our arrival. We tried solving things over DMs on WhatsApp a day before New Year's Eve because we were trying to wash the dishes and the water in the kitchen was ice cold, at first it seemed like the issue wae solved after the apartment owners claimed that "the previous person staying at the place changed something up in the heating settings".
Без контактное заселение. Чистота в номере. Постельное белье было чистое.
В номере не хватало столика. Но это не критично. С парковкой проблема во всем Тбилиси. Но прям не далеко от апартаментов был крытый паркинг.

Natural light doesn't come in the apartment, you have to turn light on if not it's dark.
Amazing owners, such a friendly couple who are always ready to help.
