The buffet breakfast was great.
Lovely walk-in shower.
For a deluxe bedroom there was no airconditioning, claimed the underfloor heating replaced it. The underfloor heating was only by the bed!! Not even an electric blanket for a cold winter night/morning!
Bathroom was designed for disabled person. We are not!. Shower seat was in bad shape - paint chipped badly.
Poor housekeeping - towels were not replaced. Had to ask!
Curtain drop on one end was off the rail - had to ask 3 times before it was repaired! Water was not replaced in fridge.
Shower gel was not replaced in shower. Had to phone reception for some.

Nice walk you can do around the park and the fire place in room was a highlight.
The food service was not great. The tables were not cleared and prepped for new people and you ended up sitting at a half prepped table. There were big groups for conferences and had the feeling they were not managing with the volume.
Beautiful location, close to Cape Town for a quick weekend getaway. Breakfast was good. Halal friendly and vegetarian options available. Nice activities for the kids. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Internet could be better. I wanted to extend our stay by a day and work from the room but internet was not reliable. Would have been nice if the TVs were smart tvs for Netflix etc but did not affect us much as we had enough other activities available. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the family rooms. Also, for the main room to have privacy from the kids room.

We stayed in a deluxe room. It was absolutely beautiful, clean, lovely bathroom and wonderful view. Housekeeping was also excellent, cleaning and tidying daily. Room service was efficient with our dinner orders and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The pathways around the hotel which are most often walked by guests can perhaps be paved so that we don't walk on wet grass/sand. With regard to breakfast, where items ran out, it took a while before hotel staff noticed and replenished and we sometimes had to wait quite a few minutes. Also, from day to day, some items were available on one day and not on other days, but weren't substituted with something else. This could be a bit more consistent.
The staff were awesome....♡ The breakfast was amazing with a huge variety. We enjoyed the zip line through the trees.....

The hotel room was very clean and beautiful. The scenery was also beautiful and everything that are there now, that wasn't there before years ago. Will go again there again. Staff also very friendly and helpful.
