Perfect getaway destination for a good family weekend
Pros:

The accommodation was spacious & met all the basic requirements. The food at the restaurant was excellent as well as the breakfast - it made ample provision for a no pork diët. Lots of things to do, very family friendly

Cons:

The rooms need some attention, TLC, looks a bit neglected. Apart from a bar fridge, we needed some basic utensils which the staff was more than willing to supply. The surrounding gardens also need some attention & maintenance.

As good as always
Pros:

Loved the mix of new facilities – plus the Old original main building and bar. Exactly as I remembered it from over 30 years ago. A new accommodation is really great. Spacious. Clean. Everything you need.

Our stay was unforgettable looking forward to coming again
Pros:

My kids and I enjoyed everything since arriving the Tranquility the greenery but most of all the breakfast, the zipline was the highlight of my stay was amazing

Cons:

the wifi was a bit slow but that's because we tried watching a movie Friday night ,atleast one of the outside pools could be made warm as we were told to use the indoor pool we have to purchase a spa treatment

Not impressed. This is a motel not a hotel.

Cons:

The place is overrated and over priced. Eating (dinner and breakfast) area are outdated. Chairs are cheap and uncomfortable.
We had 4 beds with 2 blankets? The put-put court is old and outdated.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. There are so many activities for us to enjoy together and the facilities are very well maintained.

It was my 75th birthday and I was treated as a queen. Thank you to everyone at Hoew Hoek Hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was a buffet with such a lot to choose from and my plate of food was delicious.

Cons:

-There was a water tank that was leaking outside. It kept us awake the whole night.
-People were noisy the Saturday night coming back from the casino.
-There was no electricity or water. The electricity switched off the Saturday evening. The generator did not work, we left Sunday without washing.
