Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Good selection of foods for breakfast. We ate late so some foods were cold but we could warm it up in the microwave outside the dining room.
The in house onsens were great, especially having the outer one with windows overlooking the stream and providing fresh air. Staff were very helpful.
Having access to the microwave and hot water enabled us to buy cheap meals from konbini, which helped make up for the room upgrade my wife wanted when we saw the first room I had booked 2 months before. 🙂
The bonus drink at happy hour and snack from 8pm to 10 were a great offer.

Pros:

Súper confortable, el onsen una meravella, molt tranquil. Desdejuni correcte amb major varietat de productes asiàtics que occidentals. El ser veí de bus era cada hora però si t’organitzes es molt útil. Està al costat d’un riu i es molt tranquil

Pros:

Really pleasant and quiet location, far from the city yes, but the shuttle service makes it worth it.
Nice onsen area, not big, but also never too busy during my stay.
Very welcoming, with guest drinks throughout the stay and free evening snacks.
Staff were very nice, from the satellite location to the front desk and cleaning teams, always helpful and happy to provide recommendations and information

Cons:

Would be nice if shuttle service was available up until a bit later.
Website mentions shuttle services to restaurants for dinner but when asked onsite there was a bit of confusion amongst the staff and I just let it go.

HIGHLY recommend! Not in the centre of town, but well worth it! You won't be disappointed!
Pros:

AMAZING! 100% recommend!! Everything from communication by the hotel, to parking, to the room, onsen, restaurant, EVERYTHING was perfect!
We arrived after 8pm and were greeted with welcome ramen! It was really tasty. Our room was very comfortable as were the hotel P.J's. The onsen was amazing. Especially the outdoor bath.

All the staff were super friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was help yourself, buffet style. It was delicious and plentiful.
The hotel is right across the road from a convenience store, so you can grab your supplies as you leave in the morning.
