Pros:

Great location. About 10 - 15 min walk to busy Myeongdong area and 5-10 mins walk to Namdaemun Market (bring cash). Airport bus 6001 Namdaemun Market was the closest stop, about 5 mins very hilly area though. Subway and bus were very close as well. Gyeongbokgung Palace was a short bus ride or 30-40 min walk if you want.
The bathroom was great, shower water pressure and hot water were excellent. There's a bidet in the toilet with auto flush. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff cleaned, gave two new water bottles and got me fresh towels everyday. There is a small fridge in the room. Microwave is up on the 12th floor as well as paid laundry machines.

Cons:

I was lazy and wanted convenient breakfast one day and paid (too much) for the hotel breakfast. Not very good.
There wasn't a light switch for the bathroom by the bathroom? At least I couldn't find it. I turned it off and on by a bedside remote on the wall and/or a panel near the room door but had to play around with it to find the bathroom light button. Doors slam behind you when you walk into the room, so you can hear neighbors going in and out.

Pros:

明洞や南大門市場といった定番スポットも近いし、ソウル駅までも1駅なので便利です。
さらにコインランドリーもあるので、滞在中に洗濯もできました。
またスタッフのみなさんは日本語でも対応していただけるので、安心して利用できました。

Great location but a few issues.
Pros:

Great location near to City Hall station. Very pleasant staff .

Cons:

The bottom sheet on the bed seemed to be layed on a plastic covering which led all my family to sweat and not sleep well. The breakfast was extremely basic and would avoid and use other local alternatives. A tad expensive for what you got.

Pros:

Great location in Myeongdong, close to everything but far enough out that it was quieter. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Check in and out process was super simple. Would definitely stay again!
