Pros:

La struttura si trova in un punto strategico sia per recarsi al mare a piedi che per le uscite serali, essendo proprio in fondo ad una delle principali vie del passeggio e dei negozi. Rimane comunque un punto tranquillo, per nulla caotico. Ho apprezzato l'ampia scelta della colazione e la qualità delle portate di pranzo / cena: buffet di verdure molto ricco e interessanti opzioni di primi e secondi.

Il personale è gentilissimo. Mi hanno chiamato qualche giorno prima dicendomi che avevano deciso di tenere aperta solo una delle due strutture, quindi non l'hotel Confort, ma solo l'hotel Antares. A me è andata bene, un ottimo albergo, pulito, elegante, personale gentilissimo. C'è stato un problema la sera del mio arrivo che si era bloccata la caldaia acqua e non c'era acqua calda, mi hanno proposto anche di cambiare struttura oppure un rimborso. In realtà non c'è stato bisogno perché il problema è stato risolto già la domenica. Dalle parti mie sarebbe stata impossibile la cosa, invece sono stati gentili e corretti e quindi non ho neanche accettato il rimborso. Tutto ok, grazie mille al personale della struttura.

Tutto bene
Pros:

In realtà abbiamo soggiornato in un altro hotel dello stesso gruppo perché ci hanno modificato la destinazione per esigenze organizzative ma è stato tutto ok.
