It is a great hotel for your stay in Nusa Penida, the room is good enough, the outdoor pool is available for everyone to use. The hotel helped us to find a driver for the island trip at a fair price as well as arranged a snorkeling trip for us! The staff is amazing, especially Santi! She helped us a lot during our stay.
The water in the shower was very hard to manage: it was sometimes cold, sometimes hot, sometimes it would switch by itself.
The breakfast had a lot of choices, but what we tried was not super tasty, just okay.
It was very hot and humid in the room even with the AC on.
The location from harbour was perfect. There were very nice cafes and restaurants at a walking distance. The rooms were clean. The stay overall was very good.

Clean and nice staff, pool is nicer than the pictures and the view from our 2nd level floor was a nice surprise too. Massive bed which was really nice to have a solid sleep. Comfortable!

room was great, super comfy beds and pillows, AC works fine and you have a lot of choices for breakfast. Good thing that they take card payments and you re like 5min away from the harbour

Staff were amazing, especially Santhi. Rooms were clean, pool was nice, great coffee shop 2 doors down. ATM and shops close by as well as bars and restaurants. Beach was a short walk away.
Only thing.. could have been more storage (hanging space or shelves etc)

1，六点到达码头，明明有免费接驳车服务，平台发信息没有人回，打了三四次电话也没有人接。自己拖着轮子损坏的拉杆箱走了500米过来。
2，晚上找前台要驱蚊的装置，前台说没有，一晚上被咬了好几个包。
3，空调很老旧，温度不低，同时声音也非常大。
4，本计划要续住，由于房间都订满了，就在旁边找了一家，想让接驳车把我们送过去，结果前台说没有司机，让我们自己走过去。
东南亚走过很多国家，没见过谁服务做到这么的差。

Santi 👩🏻was an unforgettable marvelous experience during our stay in Penida. The tour to Temple Giri Putri and Diamond & Atuh beaches was amazing 🤩
Preis-Leistung steht im Verhältnis. Der Pool ist echt schön für eine kurze Abkühlung. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Roller ausleihen und Touren können direkt über das Hotel gebucht werden. Poolhandtücher waren kostenlos verfügbar. Es gab auch einen Kühlschrank und einen Safe. Ein guter Deal, wenn man sich nicht viel im Hotel aufhalten will.
Das Bett ist hart. Der Duschvorhang und die Handtücher waren dreckig. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Ohrenstöpsel sind empfehlenswert. Die Tür geht nicht vollständig zu, sodass alle Insekten hereinkommen können.
