Hotel Mercury

2018年8月21日の宿泊を2018年4月に予約しました。当日、ホテルについてビックリ！ホテルがクローズとなっていました。クアラルンプールから国際電話（通話料もちろん当方持ち）で内容を伝えるも、最初の担当者は日本語がある程度しか理解しておらず、担当部署へ連絡しますの一点張り。しかも、電話は切らないでそのままで待てという始末。電話代いくらかかると思っているのだか。また、担当部署の者は英語しか話せないという。全世界の人が全て英語が話せると思っているのか？この会社の精神を疑う。３０分ほど押し問答するも結論出ず、いい加減頭にきたので折り返せと言って電話番号を教えたが、結局現在（2018年8月23日）まで回答はなし。ホテルズドットコムは殿様商売か？初期対応が全くなってません！！日本企業だったら間違いなくつぶされますね。どうせすぐに削除されるのであろうが、とりあえず皆様におしらせしておきます。

朝到着のためチェックインまで時間があるので
荷物を預けることはできたが一人一個までといわれ
重たいバッグを持ちながら観光した

タイムズスクエアを抜けてショッピングエリアまで歩いて行けます。

価格はとても安いですが、部屋は狭く簡素で、寝るだけの宿かと思います。エアコンあり・TV無しでした。

It would be much better if the cleanliness and maintainance of the room, air-conditioning was done better.
Good location, near to mono rail and shipping mall.
Worth to stay in such price though the room is a bit small.

Resepsionisnya sangar tapi sepertinya baik hati. Keluar lift langsung terasa bau tak sedap, pengap. Kamar tak pernah di bersihkan. Sampah menumpuk. Engsel lemarinya berisik. Tarikan lemari kulkas patah. Tv tak bisa digunakan karna tak ada jaringan, harus menggunakan internet. Lokasi strategis, belakang Berjaya Times Square. Dekat Mercure Hotel. Beberapa taxi terkecoh dengan nama hotelnya. Banyak tempat makan dan mall. Dekat dengan Aquaria, KL Tower, Alor. Lumayan buat sekedar istirahat.

I have already complaint about this dirty hotel. Pls don't ask me again and again about. Look into the matter and do something about it.

I liked staying here. Just that found under rhe bed is very dirty. It is a suggestion for them to clean thoroughly. The place is very quite even though it is in the city side. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The overall stay was great. The facility was okay but some sheets have holes in it. But the staff are very kind and approachable. The malaysians in general are good people.

Middle of night bathroom light blinking and air cond was off. Room eerie. Change room the night day

Berjaya Times Square KL is just nearby. Can go there by foot. Only take 3 4 mins. Convenient store also available near the lobby and also walk to Berjaya Times Square KL (3 - 4 mins - walk) to go to 7 Eleven Store. Awesome indeed.

When we first check in, we find out room tv is not working. Can on but no channel. Called the hotel stafd said tv spoilt. We asked for room change but the staff say room is full. A staff came to the room to chexk on the tv but was told they did not pay Astro that is why no channel. I said then why must the staff said the tv is spoilt. Then the staff say they will change the room for me but till i chexk out no one got back to me. This will be my first amd my last stying at this hotel. Very bad experience.

Near to shopping mall and restaurant. Close to Imbi train station and the staffs are very helpful.

Location is good, near to major shopping malls. Many restaurants surrounding the hotel. Room is clean when we checked in, staff was helpful and approachable.

Rude staff(a Bangladeshi)mostly at night,for a woman tourist point of view front desk assistance is a breath of a relief with an approachable persona...

Definitely i'm not gonna come back here.

Good and Affordable Hotel in comparison to its room rate. Nice staff at reception.

Great location near to all transport and malls etc. Basic but clean rooms. Would stay again.

Excellent location close to Times Square Mall and Imbi monorail which connects to to KL Sentral so you can get the train to/from the airport easily. Walking distance to Jalan Alor Street food area. Felt safe.

Single room was small and basic but relatively clean. No daily housekeeping but two towels provided and ample soap + toilet paper. Bed was comfy. Black out curtains were good but window thin and let in industrial fan noise in from mall opposite although no road noise which is good. Hot water and decent water pressure. WiFi works in rooms but did cut out one night.

Staff on front desk were friendly and helped wih directions.

Only downsides were infrequent issues like toilet not flushing and WiFi cutting out, migh happen again but might not. Rooms could do with being repainted but would stay again for 2-3 days.
