Pros:

朝食、ロケーションが良い。
枕やアメニティを選べるサービス、天然温泉など、各種サービス。
17:00-20:00のフリードリンク(アルコール含む)も良かった

Cons:

部屋の広さ。コネクティングルームに泊まったが、スーツケースを持って移動できないくらい室内、通路が狭かった

ベッド2台が壁にくっついていて、奥のベッドに入りにくい。
入口のセンサー付き電球が消えなくなって困った。　
連絡しようにも電話がなくて、電球を外しました。

清潔感があり綺麗で環境に良く安心。
Pros:

受付の方の感じがとても良かった。新しくて綺麗。ロビーが広くて快適。コーヒーサービスや電子レンジも有り難い。ReFaのシャワーヘッド、ドライヤーは最高。場所も歓楽街から離れているけど駅から遠くなくて静かで良い。お風呂場(洗面台の裏)などとても綺麗に清掃されていた。

Cons:

空調が強くて(エアコンの真下にベッドがあるため)調整がしづらく乾燥気味。チェックアウト時間を延長出来ないのは本当に辛い。電気が暗めでリアルな色味が分からず化粧しにくい。暗証番号キーは逆に不安。

チェックアウトの際、雨の中となりのトヨタレンタカーまで傘を借りたのですが、傘の返却を求められました。
トヨタレンタカーの親切なスタッフが返しておきますとのことで助かりましたが。
全体的にホテルスタッフの対応は良くないと思いました。

Pros:

朝食バイキングは、ビジネスホテルにしては品数が多く美味しかったです。
大浴場はいい湯だが、写真でみた感覚とは違い少し狭く感じました。とはいえ5人程度なら十分広いです。
エレベーターは遅めなので、チェックアウトなどで混み合う時間帯は注意

New, clean, and comfortable
Pros:

We try to stay here whenever we are in this part of town, mainly because of the real onsen that they have.
Other things I like: potable water right out of the faucet in the bathroom, overall cleanness, and closed to stores and train stations.
