Sehr schönes zentrales Hotel. Hat alles super geklappt! Freundlicher Kontakt. Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle, Besteck usw.es war alles da.

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Logement bien situé, spacieux et calme.
La literie est confortable.
L'arrivée est possible à toute heure, sans contrainte d'horaire car la communication se fait par sms.
Si besoin, l'hôte met à disposition de nombreux équipements et produits dans une armoire située dans l'espace commun. C'est très pratique.

Cons:

Quelques améliorations à suggérer.

L'arrivée se faisant sans personnel d'accueil, les informations sur le parking (payant et à réserver à l'avance) manquaient peut-être un peu de clarté concernant les emplacements où l'on pouvait se garer. Un remboursement a toutefois été effectué et le service est resté joignable à chaque instant.

Le logement est froid, notamment la salle de bains, malgré un chauffage d'appoint disponible (dans le couloir).

Le rangement dans la chambre est limité.

Enfin, l'accès au 2nd étage peut être difficile et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Mieux vaut le savoir.

Original art deco building and interior has great design features. Room is spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Good location, near to centre and restaurants. Very good value.

Cons:

No reception, online check-in wasn't working and difficulty entering building. Very abrupt member of staff on the intercom whilst we were having difficulty entering. This made us feel very unwelcome. Though lady who did come along quite quickly afterwards was very nice.
Building is situated on corner and noisy tram runs right outside so kept awake and woken early by this, though some rooms may not face the road and are likely quieter.

Дякую велике!!!! Це один з найбільших готелей де я був в Den Haag, персонал дуже привітний ! Чудове місце знаходження, тиша , чисто , чудовий інтерьер , відчував себе як вдома !

Місце знаходження, біля центру , дуже чисто , ще раз хочу сказати персонал 👍😊Дівчина нас зустріла з посмішкою , все допомогла , розповіла , дякуємо їй велике !

Insgesamt passt alles. Personal hilfsbereit, Schlüssel digital, fussläufig viel erreichbar. Nicht perfekt aber ausreiche

Waschtisch im Zimmer, Anbindung Toilette und Dusche mit Schiebetür (ohne Griff)
Spiegel am Waschtisch nahezu unbeleuchtet, fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kosmetikartikel
S-Bahn fuhr direkt davor.

Cons:

geen optie tot ontbijt. de kamers zijn wat gehorig. de badkamer is echt minimaal te noemen en er is weinig privacy bv tav toiletgebruik. er was ook geen optie te kiezen voor 2 separate bedden

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt und hat die Bahn direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Aufgrund der Straßenbahn vor der Tür ist der Geräuschpegel recht hoch, mit Oropax ist dies gut zu bewältigen und kein Problem. Dafür ist die Lage hervorragend!

Heel aardige mensen, ook nog een upgrade gekregen

Cons:

Sommige details (lampjes, ijskast, keukenkastje, douchekraan) in de kamer hadden vervanging/reparatie nodig.
