Pros:

Интерьер чудесный, очень уютно и стильно. Было удобно спать, кухня маленькая, но есть все необходимое. Нас любезно заселили на 1,5 часа раньше положенного времени- спасибо! Предоставили дополнительные одеяла, было комфортно

Cons:

Система связи с менеджером. Есть Вотсап чат с ботом, там невозможно было получить ответ от живого человека. Есть связь по е-маил. Есть связи через звонок у двери. Но почему-то мне звонили на обычный номер, а не писали в Вотсапе. Я в роуминге, это очень неудобно. Было бы здорово, если была бы связь с живым человеком по Вотсап.
По моей вине с нас дважды списали за парковку. Надеюсь на возврат ошибочного списания за вторые сутки.
В целом все чудесно, хорошие впечатления.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Nice, clean little hotel, lovely manager/owner lady. Comfy bed, enough space in the room for 2 people. All we needed for a short stay was there. Thank you.

Cons:

A bit odd info/system for check in/payment. I understood there would be a payment link to pay, but then they charged the card instead. Not a problem for me, just a bit odd. I like to have everything sorted out in advance, so I was looking for that link which I did not get :))
There is another link which they send you to check in, but when I used it, I did not get a clear message if I completed the check in or not? I am still uncertain :))

Al met al was het een prima overnachting.
Pros:

Mooie kamer en mooi pand goede ligging.

Cons:

De tram maakte veel lawaai en de communicatie was volledig digitaal en een beetje veel en onpersoonlijk.
In de openbare ruimtes waren camera’s😕
Het ontbijt was bij een café. Er werd geadviseerd de naam van het hotel te melden maar het was onduidelijk waarom.

Prachtig en schoon hotel
Pros:

Het is een prachtig, ruim, modern en schoon hotel! Het contact verliep heel soepel en het personeel is heel vriendelijk en meedenkend. Ook het inchecken verliep soepel.

Cons:

Ondanks alles vonden we het helaas toch wel wat gehorig, anders dan we toch wel van andere hotels gewend zijn.

Leuk nachtje in Den Haag

Grote appartement met genoeg faciliteiten en de ligging ten opzichte van het centrum 10 minuten lopen is perfect

Amazing, refreshing and happy.
Pros:

The room and the Hotel exceeded my expectations. It was in good location, very next to Tram line and Buses. I enjoyed every bit of my stay in that hotel. Everything is explained in details and whatsapp communicarion bot was impressive.
