Grand Majestic Hotel

The hotel was clean and neat. Centrally located in downtown Kuwait City. View would be great if the windows were washed. Breakfast has everything you could ask for. I stayed 3 nights for business. Very reasonably priced! Overall a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend the Grand Majestic if you are on a budget. Four Seasons is around the corner if you are not. 😅

Good location, quality breakfast, friendly staff, satisfying stay.

Bra område, 10-15 min promenad till Souk Al-Mubarakiya, 20 min till Assima Mall. Frukosten var ok. Finns ingen värme i ventilation men fick portabelt element som värmde bra. Dessvärre sipprade lukt in från korridor/andra rum av cigarettrök som var jobbigt. Dock endast i ett av de två rum jag hade bokat. Bra service.

I was very impressed the staff, and how wonderful and courteous they are. My room was immaculate clean with plenty of linens to accommodate my needs. And breakfast was wonderful with high quality buffet and American style breakfast.

Everything went good except the reservation you charged me twice

Overall our stay was fine but there were a few disappointing aspects. Prior to arrival I messaged to arrange an airport transfer but the hotel never replied when I asked them to book it & we had to make alternative arrangements. The room & bedding was comfortable but could do with some brighter lighting. Our room had an adjoining door & unfortunately this was not sound proofed in any way. Whilst trying to get some sleep prior to an evening flight the guest in the room next door was talking on the phone & typing. Everything could be heard as if he was in the same room! The
Caesar salad I ordered in the restaurant was nothing like the menu description & even when it was redone was not good. The waiter was very kind & arranged a fruit platter instead but it was a disappointing dining experience. The breakfast was excellent.
The staff were all very polite & the location is good for walking to the souk & shopping.

Very helpful staff at the reception, specially the evening shift and at the lobby. Hadeem was super friendly and helpful to get me around, and addressed all the enquiries and requests I had.
Breakfast is excellent, but was very disappointed with the signature dish for dinner. It was not good at all, except for the king prawns.
The hotel is clean, comfortable and value for money if you skip eating in except for breakfast.

I was upgraded to a high floor, with corner windows. The only problem was not being able to raise the temperature of the AC. I mentioned it at the desk. Someone came up, pressed buttons and I still woke up to 18 degrees.
Convenient, I walked home from the sook. Lovely staff.

Fabulous hotel. One block from the main bus terminal. Very clean and spacious room. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! A few blocks walk from the mall.

Loved it! Amazing staff - huge thanks to Waden who welcomed us and was available to answer any questions and to provide guidance.
Very good breakfast, with a lot options to choose from. Great views of some parts of the city.
Hotel is in good, quiet location, close to Souk and park. Took us on average 15min by car to visit other sides.
Room service was tasty and portions were huge.

Nice room , close to Mubarakiya Market. Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The reception staff is not that friendly, especially the Egyptian man over there.

Breakfast is very bad, and the food is not fresh
example: they cook halloumi and vegetables as a hot dish the next day, it will be shifted to a salad with Emmental cheese on the top, and the vegetables are not fresh and tastes very bad

Staff and services was good, breakfast needs a lot of improvement.
