Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut
Das Personal ist super lieb und zuvorkommend!! ❤️
Wir waren eine Nacht mit zwei kleinen Kindern da, wir haben keine hohen Ansprüche, freundlichkeit und dass es den Kindern gefällt, ist uns am wichtigsten!

Wir waren wegen der toll Umgebung des Wasserfalls und des Wolf und Bärenparks hier und hatte eine tolle Zeit. :)
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. ♡♡♡

Urlaub wie bei Oma
Pros:

Lage ist mitten in der Natur, man kann direkt los wandern, zu einem sehr schönen Wasserfall. Das Personal war nett und das Frühstück klein aber lecker. Außer uns war nur ein anderer Gast da. Man kann lange ein und erst um 11:30Uhr auschecken.

Cons:

Die Luft im Zimmer war recht trocken und das Gebäude ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber durchaus seinen Charme.

Słowo „apartament „ w żadnym razie nie ma odniesienia do pokoju w którym nocowałam, po otwarciu drzwi pokoju moim oczom ukazał się grzejnik załączony postawiony na środku pokoju, chociaż w łazience kaloryfer był ciepły, brak telewizora , ogólnie to miejsce gdzie zatrzymał się czas jakieś trzydzieści czterdzieści lat temu, śniadanie było w miarę natomiast ciasto które było do śniadania to wielkością mnie poraziło, jeden normalny kawałek podzielono na dwa a pokusiłabym się o stwierdzenie że na trzy. Jednym słowem cena nie adekwatna do stanu rzeczy, nie polecam

Nie podobało mi się to że żeby dostać się do hotelu musiałem czekać prawie półtorej godziny. W całym hotelu zimno. W pokoju grzejnik elektryczny który ledwie dawał rady. W łazience zimno. Rano brak ciepłej wody do mycia. Jednym słowem katastrofa i nie polecam nikomu

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommen, obwohl wir am Anfang etwas überrascht waren, dass Sie kein Deutsch sprach.
Hotel ist schon etwas älter als auf den Bildern, aber alles ist sauber und soweit in gutem Zustand.
Mit dem Frühstück waren wir für den Preis auch sehr zufrieden
Alles in Allem top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

For the price, it's simply magnificent.
Pros:

We booked dinner. There aren't many other cafes nearby, so it was great. We liked everything. In the morning after breakfast, before the long journey, we took a 20-minute walk to a picturesque waterfall. I specifically looked for a hotel that offered dinner, and then planned the route. It's a very beautiful road, if you don't like driving only on highways. The room has a refrigerator, kettle and microwave. Everything you need. There are plenty of hiking trails nearby.

Cons:

The hotel is certainly not modern at all, and if that's important to you, then this is not the place for you. For the children it was even fun and they imagined that they were in a castle.

Nie wieder!! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Das wir zum Glück nur zwei tage gebucht hatten

Also der gesamte Aufenthalt ist nicht in Worte zu fassen was das schlimmste war. Hatten einem frühen check-in angefragt, alles bestätigt, alles kein Problem, bis man dann da ist. Kein mensch vor Ort, man ruft an, bekommt gesagt es kommt direkt einer, waren paar min nach 13 uhr angekommen und um 16 uhr dann endlich mal am ersten zimmer, was die nächsten Diskussionen gab, denn wenn ich das größte zimmer buche, was mich entsprechend ja auch deutlich mehr kostet und dann möchte ich auch dieses haben. Nach weiteren 30 min warten und langem hin und her, hat man uns das dann endlich auch gegeben. Das zimmer selbst, ok..die absolute oberkatastrophe nicht eine Heizung im ganzen Gebäude funktioniert. Bei 7 Grad Außentemperatur auch alles andere als angenehm. Man hat zwar einen kleinen heizstrahler hingestellt, bei zwei Räumen plus Bad, insgesamt 40 qm, ist das dann aber auch nur ein Tropfen auf den heißen Stein. Das zieht sich auch durch das ganze Haus, in jeder ecke hat man Angst das wenn man dran kommt alles auseinander fällt, was schon schwierig ist aber es ist nicht nur das unmengen kaputt sind sondern auch super viele sachen einfach mega dreckig. Wohlfühlen ist da echt garnicht möglich. Das Abendessen, auch wenn es vom Kostenfaktor her unschlagbar ist, absolute Frechheit, das fleisch, noch ein zweites Mal gestorben und die pommes warm gehalten. Dann wartet man ja lieber mal 10 min auf sein essen, das wäre ja kein problem aber dann so ein essen zu bekommen, nein danke. Schade für die Lebensmittel die dabei verschwendet werden. Alles in allem würde ich es nicht mal in Betracht nehmen das jemals irgendjemandem zu empfehlen.

Die technische Ausstattung hat nicht (gut) funktioniert. Kein TV, WLAN immer wieder abgebrochen.
