Hoi An Corn Riverside Villa

The property manager, Moon, was excetional. She was very attentive, friendly and gave us accurate advice on local providers. We enjoyed the riverside breakfasts, the pool was clean and refreshing. Our room was spacious and bathroom shower had good pressure, aircon worked well. For the price we paid it was great value for money.

We are so lucky to have chosen Corn Villa as our lodgings for the one month we were to spend in HoiAn. This hotel is conveniently located on the river road a pleasant 20 minute walk into the OLD TOWN yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of traffic and tourists. It is situated in Real Vietnam with dozens of excellent restaurants nearby and the best salt coffee in HoiAn at Hana’s Coffee. As you walk the roads there are home gardens, children playing, ducks, chickens and boats festooned with lanterns. But that is not what makes this place special. It is Ms. Moon and her staff that make staying here so wonderful. They truly care about their guests and their comfort. The breakfast menu may be limited but it is prepared individually and it is delicious. Moon will book anything you need, be it cooking lessons or flights, she knows the hospitality business very well and all of her suggestions are stellar. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. I would rather stay in this friendly family run business than many other big hotels. You cannot go wrong if you are visiting Vietnam for the culture it has to offer.

i book few month before come for my holiday, when i reach and knowing that hotel fully booked already. that lady recommend her friend villa to me. just spoiled my mood, her friend villa is ok but water heater no function at all, even Hoi An weater is super hot, but when u shower at morning and midnight, u know how to feel it. never and again book this hotel

Amazing hotel. Very clean with an amazing swimming pool. Staff was amazing too. Was helped with my transfer to HCM.

This hotel was a refuge from the bustle of central Hoi An. A lovely swimming pool and riverside access as promised made it really special. It is possible to walk to town or Moon the host can call a water taxi. Coming back at night in a lantern covered boat was a special treat

Staff were friendly but location is out of the way of main streets and tricky for taxis etc to find it

A super little hotel! Highly recommended for a peaceful stay on the river with a scenic 20minute walk into the beautiful historic centre of Hoi An. The traffic & tour groups in Hoi An can be a bit overwhelming at times and we were so glad that we’d chosen a hotel on the other side of the river for the peaceful ambiance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a small furnished balcony/patio overlooking the swimming pool - very relaxing after the hustle and bustle of the tourist centre! They rent bicycles and motorcycles to explore further (the beach area & the rest of the island are easy rides) and Moon can organise a range of cooking courses and excursions. The daily breakfast on the terrace is simple but tasty and freshly cooked to order and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Hoi An centre is absolutely chock full of restaurants to choose from but if you’re into simple, fresh Vietnamese food that won’t break the bank we found 2 really good ones. Coffee Thanh, very close to the hotel on the island, and Dua Viet, just before you cross the bridge into the old town - and they have the great “fresh beer” that Hoi An used to be famous for (8k Dong/glass)

Room was spacious and looked out over the pool, which was nice! The host was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions, also allowed us to relax at the hotel after we checked out and waited for our flight! Only disappointment was that the room could’ve been cleaner and had a slight damp smell. Overall a good value hotel for those on a budget in Hoi An!

It was across the sidewalk from the river and there were bikes for riding.it was also near the amazing market.

Det är ett fantastiskt litet hotell vid floden, placerat ca 1 km från gamla staden och marknaden. Personalen mycket vänlig, hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Frukosten är bra! Maten är mycket god! Den godaste fried rice vi ätit på drygt två veckor i Vietnam! Poolen är ren och fin! Sol endast på förmiddagen. Uppskattades när det var så varmt! Lokalbefolkningen bor i anslutning till hotellet, trevligt! Finns det något som drar ner betyget är det städningen! Vi kan dock säga att allt positivt överväger bristen på städning. Hotellet är verkligen prisvärt!!

It was a nice room with a lovely pool and really nice staff. However, the room should have been cleaned everyday as dirt quickly gathered on the floor. Additionally, the breakfast is good but after 3 days, you run out of options. Also note it's about a 20 minute walk from town, but they have free bicycles which makes it a lot faster.

시설및 직원 친절도는 매우좋음. 조식도 원하는 메뉴로 주문하면 바로 조리해서줌.
다만 숙소가 차량 진입이 불편한곳 깊숙히 있어 차량으로는 통행이 불편함.
그랩 택시를 불러도 콜을 잘 받지 않는 위치라, 그랩 바이크를 불러서 타고다녀야 했음. 비가 오면 비를 다 맞고 바이트 타고다님 ㅎㅎ
그거말고는 다른것 다 좋음.
조용한 숙소를 찾는다면 굿.
올드타운이나 쇼핑, 구경을 목적으로 가실꺼면 추천하지 않음.

The staffs were nice and friendly, the view was good and relaxing, but the rest were terrible.The floor was dirty,
,the mattress was old and thin, the shower was leaking on the bathroom floor, the room wasn’t clean ,the location is not convenient for taxi driver to pick up, over all, they need to do a lots of maintaining.We booked for 3 nights but we left after the first night.

Long overdue review:
The place is a bit out of the way, but that means it's very quiet. To help you get around the hotel provides bicycles for free and motorbikes for rental.

The pool is small but clean and well maintained. The rooms may not be ultra luxurious but are also well maintained and clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Their English may not be perfectly fluent, but then I don't speak Vietnamese at all.

Overall I highly recommend for travelers on a budget. It is definitely a bit far from city center, but for the price I paid, the services, the facilities, and the amenities it is definitely top notch.

Grey location!!

Wonderful hotel, out of the way of the busy city. Close enough by bike, free use. Quite by the river, beautiful pool . Friendly knowledgeable staff, very helpful. Great food. Beautiful and clean hotel. Great free breakfast, food overall is very good. Recommend 👍10! Would come back again.
