Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, but room need maintenance, my room floor was damaged even washroom floor was same it doesn’t seem nice
This is one of the worst holiday inn I’ve ever stayed at no people speaking in english
早餐很好，丰盛。房屋面积很大，但设施稍微陈旧些。
In general, I had a pleasant accommodation experience for my business trip and the receptionists were helpful. However, I was not really happy about the payment options to pay at the hotel i reserved while discovering the hotel receptionist had already authorize the payment via my credit card before i checked in on my last day. In addition, I had informed the receptionist how i would like to make the payment in the first place, so what it happened really upsets me.

隔音效果太差，其它住客的活性声音很明显。
整體算不錯, 性價比高, 就是附近只有一家便利店, 可能要先食過飯才check in
Room - spacious, clean and bright.
Breakfast - more local dishes. Good quality.
Location - shopping mall beside and opposite the street.
Staff - very efficient, friendly and helpful. 5 minutes check in and room is ready (althought I booked 30 minutes before arrival). Book a cab for me and ensure I board correct car next day.
The hotel is in an area being developed. So at night it is pretty desolate.
酒店位置在新区，从趵突泉过去有点车程，不过第二天去万佛山不是很远，免费升级的大床房，早餐还可以，服务员很努力的满足住客，但是黄金周人太多，而且很多住客不自觉，浪费，吵杂，尤其是一些大爷大妈，一会儿要求这个，一会儿要求那个，明明是自己来晚了，快闭餐了，还这么多要求，真是坏人变老了
整体感觉很不错 房间很棒 床很舒服 因为是白金会员 所以给升级了房间 早餐也不错 餐厅环境大赞！床非常的舒服
首先，入住时跟前台确认是几点退房，前台说是1点，结果我中午十二点在房间打包行李的时候前台就一直打电话崔，还让阿姨来敲门，完了中午的前台还说前一晚的前台说的话不算……这么打脸的行为真的是，呵呵了
其次，这个酒店新装修的，一开门满屋子的甲醛味道，开了窗开了空调一晚上都散不掉。一大早就开始电钻，根本睡不好。
最后，这个酒店的人都是些满嘴跑火车的人，我退房要开发票，他们前台说这是网站收的费不能开发票，只能通过网站索要收据，我当时急着赶车居然就信了，回来给网站打电话根本不是网站的问题，就是他们酒店要逃税所以不给开发票。
总体来说，这家holiday inn express是我所有holidayinn里面最差的体验！
中心部から近く、立地は悪くないです。ホテル自体もホリデイインのクオリティで問題ないです。
