The staff definitely needs to check the rooms more and call exterminator there was roaches in my bed
Pros:

The manager was amazing and Vanessa the house keeper was amazing however the other staff you can tell they hate their job and was rude

Cons:

Most staff was rude. The guest smoked drugs in the room and I woke up feeling weird most mornings and I was there for a week

Cons:

Someone walked in my room, left blinds open. I know the AC cleaning crew came in on Sunday, I was shocked when I found out I was visited without my awareness or authorization Monday.

Was alrightt but needs improvement
Pros:

- locking doors after 10 pm and can’t enter w/o a key
- the place was decently clean given dogs stay there too.

Cons:

- upon arrival the place REEKED of cigarette smoke. Like honestly I have a child with me it was so bad I had to open a window and let the place air out for a day and a half. Then I put a scented oil wall plug in the wall and grazed the surface of tackling the smell. Clearly it’s not a non smoking room and the cleaning fee isn’t high enough.
- staff doesn’t care about their jobs or seemed annoyed if you ask them questions ( 2 night receptionist )
- $4.50 for washing your clothes and then $4.50 to dry them is theft.
- $2/ day to wash linen. Can’t even do it for one day, you have to pay $2/day through your whole stay even if you’re not washing clothes that day.
- saw a couple little roaches in my room. Terrified of roaches.

Beds were uncomfortable.Showers were lukewarm no breakfast
Pros:

Ac in the room was cool no issues.

Cons:

The bed was rock hard , sitting on a futon bed frame very unsturdy while you moved in your sleep. You heard every little move in the bed. The water coming out of the faucet was lukewarm, never got hot for the bathtub or shower.

The people at the front desk was horrible there's roaches running all over the place hookers and crackers on each floor hanging out outside all night very scary place I don't recommend it for anyone the only nice person there is Lisa I wish they cloned her
