청결하고 깔끔한 호텔!

청소 너무 잘되어 있고, 깨끗해요! 쓰레기도 방에 두면 이모님이 너무 깨끗히 잘 정리해주십니다. 6004번 공항버스도 있고, 너무 편해요!

Gem of hotels
Pros:

One of the gems among decent hotels. You should buy a breakfast and you'll never be disappointed. We loved the food. Room was very clean and quiet.

я довольна проживанием, на следующую поездку опять оформила бронирование здесь.
Pros:

отличный отель для комфортного проживания.
двухместный номер делюкс соответствовал описанию и фотографиям, размеры номера позволили комфортно разместить два чемодана размером L.
исходя из опыта путешествия по сеулу, уровень чистоты превзошел ожидания.
вода, туалетная бумага и салфетки восполнялись без проблем по мере необходимости.
на 10 этаже была очень милая сотрудница по уборке номеров.
на -1 этаже расположены стиральные и сушильные машинки, суммарная стоимость одной стирки и сушки - 6 000 вон. это очень удобная практика - пока все стирается можно провести время в номере, в лобби или близлижащих кафешках. непосредственно в помещении с машинкам есть автомат по размену валюты для удобства оплаты.
в пешей доступности большой супермаркет lotte mart, где можно закупиться всем необходимым. рядом также starbucks и много других кофеен. очень вкусно можно поесть в ближайшей кафешке minori sushi, если вы любите морепродукты.
в самом отеле есть круглосуточный GS, а через дорогу во внутреннем дворике CU.
на первом этаже отеля расположен автомат WOWPASS, что также является преимуществом.
на каждом этаже отеля в зоне рядом с лифтами есть автомат с горячей, холодной водой и льдом. микроволновки расположены на -1 этаже в зоне стирки.
во внутреннем дворике отеля также есть зона для курения.

отель расположен НЕ в центре, очень много негативных отзывов построено на локации отеля, но ведь это изначально указано в информации об отеле. если вы осознанно идете на это, то это не будет для вас минусом. из аэропорта инчон можно без проблем доехать на автобусе-лимузине 6004, цена билета 17 000 вон, от остановки до отеля идти минут 5-7.
от отеля до метро (синяя линия) идти минут 7-10 спокойным шагом, но также можно использовать городские автобусы, до остановки идти минут 5.

Cons:

единственный минус это один крючок для полотенца в ванной комнате, ну и холодильник маловат.

Air conditioning didn't work:
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional and breakfast room was good. Location was okay. Some staff were very friendly, although some staff not so friendly.

Cons:

Attitude of some staff not so great. Rudeness is not a virtue and doesn't advertise a property in a very good light. Especially when it's on the front desk and obviously is exposed to everyone. A little disappointed to say the least. Air conditioning wasn't working in the room and the days were hot. Consequently didn't get much sleep. Not really acceptable for a four star hotel. Three stars at best and only because of some very pleasant staff that made up for the deficiencies. Overall I cannot be more positive as i'm usually more upbeat when making comments about my experiences. Air conditioning that doesn't work in a four star hotel is a step too far for me especially as it was pointed out and still the problem persisted. I'm sure many people will have a very positive experience and i'm sure it can be a very pleasant place if luck prevails.
