The hotel management should make sure this property is NON-SMOKINg property. NO smoking is allowed in the room. IMHO,
Pros:

I stayed for 19 days. I initially booked for 11 days then extended for 8 days. I was very satisfied with the first booking because the property was clean

Cons:

This property was supposed to be a NON-Smoking property but the second part of my extended stays I smelled cigaret smoke coming from the room below me they moved me to another room but it was very inconvenient for me and there was a no apology from the staffs at all. And this place was a bit walk from the subway station, line 1 toward Suwon direction, not Inchon - FYI.

It Was a good stay over all for this part of the stay. I extended another 8 days
Pros:

Clean and close to the markets.

Cons:

The staffs need to more communicative for travelers and how to use the hotel facilities at the check in time. They just handed my room key and I had to figure out all others such as the nearest subway station and eateries.

There were bed bugs, and despite daily cleaning efforts, they were not effective in eliminating the problem. It became clear that a more thorough approach was necessary to address the infestation and ensure a clean and comfortable environment for the customers.

We would like to leave a review about our stay at your hotel. The location is truly excellent — with many things nearby, and getting to the city center was not difficult at all. The hotel itself was lovely, overall clean, and the room was cleaned every day, which left a great impression.

Never coming back
Cons:

Lia at the front desk was horrible and racist towards me.
I asked for a flat sheet since I get too hot under the comforters and the say I had to pay for it.
the room stinks.

Eine tolle Aussicht mit viel Komfort.
Pros:

Die Lage an sich, der Raum war sehr gut ausgestattet und alles hat gepasst.

Cons:

Da ich im 14. Stock untergebracht war, konnte man kein Fenster öffnen und die die gefilterte Luft ist irgendwann nicht mehr so frisch, aber das ist nur 1 Punkt. Das Hotel an sich war sehr gut.

I couldn’t wish for a better place
Pros:

Stayed here for 23 nights, amazing reception and housekeeping. Sadly didn’t try breakfast but i know for certain the people working there are also a blessing for this hotel like everyone else.
