Todo fenomenal salvo el horario del desayuno.

Cons:

La única pega es el horario del desayuno. Empezaba a las 8 y para subir a esquiar a Cerler debería empezar a las 7:30 por si hay atasco o lpara el que le guste llegar a primera hora a la estación.

Pros:

Es un hotel con mucho encanto, decoración muy estudiada y bonita, en nuestro caso el estudio es perfecto para familia con niños y muy cómodo y completo. El desayuno es muy bueno y el personal super atento, sobretodo la chica que estaba por las tardes-noches.

Cons:

No tienes oportunidad de salida tardía y si te guardan las maletas de 14:00-16:00 están cerrados y es un problema.

Encantador refugio en el centro histórico de Benasque.
Pros:

Un hotel pequeño, de trato familiar, ambiente cálido y exquisitamente decorado. Están en todos los detalles. Además ofrecen un desayuno con productos caseros. Se nota que le ponen mucho cariño a todo lo que hacen. Está todo impecable y la cama es enorme y con muy buen cochinero sábanas y toallas. Volveremos!

Pros:

Magnífico hotel, con inmejorables instalaciones y un servicio insuperable. Llevamos muchos años viniendo a Benasque pero es la primera vez en La Neu, y seguro repetiremos, un lujo de hotel

Ubicación e instalaciones excelentes
Pros:

Todo, las instalaciones todo nuevo y muy bien decorado, la cama muy cómoda y el baño muy limpio.

Cons:

El horario del checkin, quizá es algo tarde a las 16h y además hasta esa hora no hay nadie en recepción y solo un número de teléfono al que llamar.
