コンビニや飲食店もある程度揃っていて、フロントにも人がいて聞きやすかったので良かったと思います

ここ2年泊まったホテルで最悪でした。

最悪でした。

Cons:

廊下は雨漏りしていて、部屋の中も床など汚いところが多かった。あと、カーテンが薄すぎて、朝の陽の光で目が覚めてしまう。

ホテルのスタッフさんが友達と宿泊していて、夜遅くまで騒いでいてうるさくて眠れなかった。

とにかく値段とクオリティーがあっていない。

Pros:

広い部屋で過ごせる事。使いやすいキッチンで調理道具も揃っており快適に料理ができた事。
広くて快適なベッドが寝やすかった事。
お風呂が広く使いやすかった事。洗面が広く使いやすかった事。アメニティが揃っており快適でした。

Cons:

建物が古いためか給気口が足りておらず部屋がカビている。特に風呂場、洗面、トイレのカビが酷くカビの匂いがする。排気は換気扇で十分足りているが、給気が不足している。解決するには壁に給気の穴を開けるなど対策をする必要がある。その上でカビを一旦除去される事をお勧めします。
テーブル、壁紙など今まで使用した人が壊しているのだろうが、一部剥がれたり、テーブルが焦げたりしている。写真では綺麗な設備で写っているが現実とは違うので、更新される事をお勧めします。

Very disappointed at the cleanliness.
Cons:

Almost all of the furniture had suspicious looking stains. There was also a lot of dust and stains throughout the room and a strange odour throughout (from mould?). Lights that weren't working in the lift lobby area and one of the bedrooms. Strange stickiness on the floor. Crumbs on the couch and under the cushions. The staff at the front desk (there were 3 at one point!) seemed utterly disinterested, and, after our experiences at other places around Japan actually felt a bit rude.
Finally, the photos on this website are absolutely misleading. Looking through the other reviews, the management seems quick to say that they'll fix problems, but there doesn't seem to be follow through.
This was, unfortunately, the worst place we stayed at.

Western-style accommodation at a reasonable price
Pros:

Keypad entry into the suite, spacious Western-style suite, Western style bathroom size and large shower,(good for accessibility and mobility patrons), spacious dining and lounge area, kitchen table and x5 chairs, you could open the windows (fresh air) and access to a balcony to hang washing, good kitchen facilities, had a washing machine, a large Tatami room and a big flat-screen TV with Netflix, Apple, Prime, YouTube options, free Wifi, free toiletries for use, clean towels provided each day and 24-hour reception, great location with access to the local train station, 7-11 across the road, lots of places to eat, shops and supermarkets.

Cons:

Noisy as it is right in the middle of the busy central area, could use some updating i.e more comfortable beds, modern shower (for ease of use - still the old cold/hot water taps), lounge furniture, - need a new coffee table and lounge suite, there is a smell (musty, old or similar - in the foyer of the suite and in the bathroom) that could do with a nice smelling freshener but in saying these things - we would definitely stay again for the things we did like.

快適で楽しかった
Pros:

お部屋が広く清潔感がありゆったり過ごす事が出来ました。受付もありスタッフさんが対応してくれたのでチェクインも安心してできました。チェクイン前に荷物も預かって頂けお部屋に運んで頂けて助かりました。駅から近く便利でした。

Cons:

カーテンを閉めっぱなし状態での滞在なのでリビングだけでもレースのカーテンがあれば良かったと思います。お部屋からスカイツリーが見えるのに残念でした。フローリングの破損部分を補修してありましたが、補修部分が剝がれていたためスリッパが引っ掛かりチョット危なかった。
