Everything, location , comfort, amazing room. Fantastic hotel

La habitación es bonita y espaciosa, con iluminación y buena distribución de los espacios. La ubicación es perfecta, se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, restaurante y lugares turisticos. Personal muy amable.

I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Seville (my first to Seville) travelling with three lovely friends. We had originally booked a self catering apartment in the city, but unfortunately due to electrical issues, we had to move out and while looking for somewhere else to stay for our 4 night trip, we came across Halo Boutique Hotel. How very lucky we were to find this place! The staff here couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming and special thanks must go to Joaquín Rodón, who went out of his way to make our stay very special, helping with information about local restuarants, recommendations and booking taxi's for us. The hotel itself is located in the old Jewish quarter of the old town and is truly beautiful, narrow cobbled streets full of lovely little squares, orange trees and gorgeous, authentic bars and restaurants surround the hotel, such a fantastic location to explore the city. We stayed in two of the junior suites between us (two of us per room) and the rooms were very clean, with high quality bed linen and very comfortable beds. It was lovely to open the door onto the narrow street and here the chatter of people outside, along with the birds tweeting! The rooftop view is amazing, both during the day and at night, when the cities lights’ sparkle all around, wonderful! I have no hesitation to recommend this wonderful hotel and friendly staff if you're considering a trip to Seville.

Great location right in the centre of the old town and close to cathedral and Royal Palace. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The superior room was excellent, very comfortable and well equipped and organised. The roof top area was great to relax in with a cooling dip in the small pool an added benefit. The hotel had a quality feel about it and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the centre of things but also being able to retreat back to its secluded rooftop terrace.

The location can’t be faulted and the staff were helpful in areas (they lent us European adaptors and toothbrush kit upon asking) however the room itself left a lot to be desired. There was a strong damp odour that was semi masked with air freshener and the bed felt slightly damp whenever we returned to the room. There were several patches of mould in the bedroom and bathroom (some painted over).
The shower was not fit for purpose and flooded the bathroom every single time we showered; we did tell the reception team about this to be told maintenance would look into it but each time it was just mopped and left to happen again. The door to the shower was broken and looked like it had been poorly repaired multiple times before. There was a small piece of trim from the shower door that is missing which causes the water to run off into the bathroom floor so should be an easy fix but no one has bothered to do this - it made getting ready much more difficult (and dangerous) than it should have been.
The temperature tap also came loose and fell off multiple times which then made finding the right temperature difficult - the drain cover kept falling off too.
The hotel had a small dipping pool on the roof terrace but this didn’t seem well looked after - the balcony “bar” was dirty and dusty, there were rust splashes on the floor and the pool edge had a green hue, it didn’t seem like the pumps were running either.
Overall we did not feel like this hotel was anywhere near a four star and was very overpriced considering the issues above and the general quality of the hotel. Would not recommend.

Emplacement idéal

Ideally located in the centre of Seville old town, this hotel is a real gem. The staff are exceedingly helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a city break to explore this beautiful city.

This hotel is ideally located near the centre of Seville old town. It is extremely comfortable and the staff (especially Joaquin) are courteous and very helpful. I would highly recommend a stay

To benefit from the $60 saving offered for upfront payment, I firmed my reservation for specific dates in May, just to immediately realize after payment that I had mistakenly entered April instead of May. I called immediately the hotel to ask for a date adjustment, but they said no, for the simple reason that I had already paid. I do not understand why the date could not be changed. I had paid upfront, that it it be for May or any month, they had the money already. The error in date was mine, but the rigidity (absence) in customer service is entirely the Halo boutique hotel. Really disappointing.
