Pros:

Posizione centrale ed ambiente molto curato. Lo staff impeccabile.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la colazione, ma lo staff ha risolto in maniera esemplare. Gli imprevisti capitano l'importante è saperli gestire.

De locatie van het hotel in Sevilla

Cons:

Personeel achter de balie leek er voortdurend tegen hun zin te werken. Zwembad ter beschikking maar werd afgesloten dmv een lint. Het was 26 graden maar wanneer je vroeg om een badhanddoek konden/wilden ze je niet verder helpen.

Perfectly located hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent 5 minutes from the cathedral.

Cons:

We had booked bed & breakfast but there was no mention of it when we arrived. When I asked about it I was told the kitchen was shut! It wasn’t a problem for us but may be for others who haven’t budgeted for buying breakfast elsewhere.

Très moyen, surtout petit déjeuner et isolation de chambre

La localisation de l’hôtel qui est parfait pour un week-end à Séville

Cons:

Petit déjeuner catastrophique, annoncé service jusqu’à 11h mais ils ne rechargent pas le buffet même à 9h, nous avons dû aller demander aux employés de remettre de la nourriture. Les œufs brouillés étaient les mêmes pendant 3 jours, les churros également. Pas beaucoup de choix. Pas de boisson chaude disponible sur la machine.

Chambre pas du tout isolée donnant sur la rue au rez de chaussée, donc aucune intimité.

Buena ubicación y confort pero mejorable.
Pros:

La cama y la ubicación del hotel.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha se salía y mojaba el suelo entero, además el internet no llegaba tan bien a la habitación para ver la tele.
El desayuno no cumplió nuestras expectativas y la máquina de café no funcionaba.
Si querías uno, lo pagabas.

UBICACIÓN INMEJORABLE
Pros:

La ubicación, situado en el centro histórico, en una calle bastante tranquila, lo que permitía un buen descanso por la noche.

Cons:

Nos entregaron la habitación 10 minutos tarde (no es un problema grave). No nos dieron ningún mapa de la ciudad ni nos ofrecieron consejos o recomendaciones (tampoco las pedimos). Pero creo que en hoteles de 4* esto debería ser obligatorio.
